Shooting at the 2024 Summer Paralympics – Qualification

Qualification for shooting at the 2024 Summer Paralympics begins from June 7, 2022. There will be three events for male and female sports shooters and seven mixed events. There will be a total of 160 athlete quotas (45 male, 60 female, 55 gender free). [1] [2]

Qualification for shooting at the 2020 Summer Paralympics begins from 1 January 2019 to 21 June 2021. There were three events for male and female sports shooters and seven mixed events. There were a total of 154 athlete quotas.

Ranking lists begin from 1 January 2018 to 31 January 2020. Continental qualification tournaments will also determine what athlete would compete in the Summer Paralympics.

This article details the qualifying phase for athletics at the 2024 Summer Olympics. More than 1,800 athletes, with an equal split between men and women, will compete across forty-eight medal events at the Games. The qualification window for the marathon races will occur from 1 November 2022 to 30 April 2024; for the 10,000 metres, combined events, racewalks, and relays from 31 December 2022 to 30 June 2024; and for the remaining events on the program lineup from 1 July 2023 to 30 June 2024.

In qualifying for the 2024 Summer Olympics, a total of 68 climbers, with an equal distribution between men and women, will compete across two separate competition climbing disciplines at these Games for the first time, namely: a unique competition bouldering-and-competition lead climbing combined event, and a separate competition speed climbing event.

Paracanoeing at the 2024 Summer Paralympics in Paris, France will take place at Vaires-sur-Marne Nautical Stadium, it will also be the same venue that will host rowing. This is the third appearance of the paracanoe in the Summer Paralympics. There will be five canoe sprint events for both men and women, three in kayak and two in va'a in each category.

Qualification for table tennis at the 2024 Summer Paralympics begins on 1 January 2022 and ends on 31 March 2024. There will be 166 male and 114 female athlete quotas.

Qualification for badminton at the 2024 Summer Paralympics begins on 1 January 2023 and ends on 31 March 2024. There are expected to be 120 slots for the sport across sixteen medal events.
