Shooting began in July 2010. It was shot in South Africa and Mumbai. No Problem released worldwide on 10 December 2010, to a negative reception and was a flop.

The film has an ensemble cast of Ajay Devgn, Sanjay Mishra Anil Kapoor, Madhuri Dixit, Arshad Warsi, Jaaved Jaaferi Riteish Deshmukh and Pitobash Tripathy with supporting cast of Boman Irani, Johnny Lever, and Manoj Pahwa, a cameo by Niharica Raizada and special appearance of Sonakshi Sinha in song Mungda. The trio of Deshmukh, Warsi and Jaaferi was part of previous two installments while Sanjay Dutt was replaced by Boman Irani, while Devgn, Dixit and Kapoor were new additions.

Jolly and focuses on his attempt to earn six innocent wage earners their rights and his journey against the monopolistic behavior of the rich and judicial corruption. The storyline is inspired by the 1999 hit-and-run case of Sanjeev Nanda and a minor reference to Priyadarshini Mattoo case.
