Siah Kamar (Persian : سياه كمر, also Romanized as Sīāh Kamar, Seyāh Kamar, and Sīyāh Kamar) [1] is a village in Gonbad Rural District, in the Central District of Hamadan County, Hamadan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its existence was noted, but its population was not reported. [2]
