The song was written by Karl Ivert, Kian Sang, Polo G, Von Tiger and Neiked, who also produced it. It also went viral on TikTok as part of the "Better Days challenge", which helped the song garner over one million streams. The song was later remixed by Colombian rapper J Balvin. The song was included on Muller's debut studio album, Sorry I'm Late, released in 2023.

Lyrically, the song finds Alexander searching for a "love-em-and-leave-em dreamboat he's not ready to forget, as lush disco flourishes coat his sensual, aching croon". Commercially, the song debuted at 94 on the UK Singles Chart, later peaking at 26, becoming the highest-charting single from Night Call.
"ABCDEFU" (also known by its radio-edited title "ABC (Nicer)"; stylized in all lowercase) is the major-label debut single by American singer Gayle, released on August 13, 2021, through Atlantic and Arthouse Records. It was co-written by Gayle with Sara Davis and David Pittenger, and produced by Pete Nappi. The song is the lead single from Gayle's debut EP A Study of the Human Experience Volume One.
