The Stardom Year-End Awards is a concept used by World Wonder Ring Stardom where awards, similar to the Academy and Grammy Awards, are given to professional wrestlers at the end of the year who have performed on Stardom. The first award ceremony took part on December 25, 2011. [1]

Kyoko Kimura is a retired Japanese professional wrestler and mixed martial artist. Throughout her 14-year career, she competed in Big Japan Pro Wrestling, Ibuki, Ice Ribbon, JWP Joshi Puroresu, NEO Japan Ladies Pro-Wrestling and World Wonder Ring Stardom, among other promotions. She is best known for her Jamaican flag shirt and puffed afro that at one point stood at roughly one foot tall. She is known for wrestling in barbed wire deathmatches as well as her singles bouts. She retired from professional wrestling in January 2017.

Masami Odate is a Japanese professional wrestler. She is signed to WWE, where she performs on the SmackDown brand under the ring name Iyo Sky, where she is the current WWE Women's Champion in her first reign. She is a member of Damage CTRL and a former two-time WWE Women's Tag Team Champion with fellow stablemate Dakota Kai, as well as a former Women's Money in the Bank contract holder. She previously wrestled in WWE's developmental brand NXT under the ring name Io Shirai, where she was a former NXT Women's Champion and NXT Women's Tag Team Champion with Zoey Stark.

Natsumi Mizushima is a Japanese retired professional wrestler, better known by the ring name Natsuki☆Taiyo. Making her debut for All Japan Women's Pro-Wrestling (AJW) in January 2004, Mizushima quickly affiliated herself with Nanae Takahashi, following her out of AJW in 2006 and to Pro Wrestling Sun and NEO Japan Ladies Pro Wrestling, with the two forming the Passion Red stable with Kana in the process. After the folding of NEO, Mizushima began working exclusively for the World Wonder Ring Stardom promotion, where she became a one-time holder of both the Artist of Stardom and Goddess of Stardom Championships. She is also a former four-time holder of the High Speed Championship, which has been owned by both NEO and Stardom. Mizushima was recognized as one of the top high-flyers in joshi puroresu. She retired from in-ring competition in June 2014 and afterwards began working for the Seadlinnng promotion as a senior managing director and referee.

Yuzuki Aikawa is a Japanese gravure idol and retired professional wrestler. Starting her modeling career in 2003, Aikawa went on to become one of Japan's top gravure idols, earning the nickname "The Gravure Queen of the Next Generation" by appearing in various men's magazines, advertising campaigns, films, television programs and video games.

World Wonder Ring Stardom, often referred to simply as Stardom, is a Japanese joshi puroresu or women's professional wrestling promotion based in Nakano, Tokyo, Japan. Stardom was founded in September 2010 by former All Japan Women's Pro-Wrestling (AJW) co-producer Rossy Ogawa, retired professional wrestler and mixed martial artist Fuka Kakimoto, and former AJW veteran professional wrestler Nanae Takahashi. Stardom is currently owned by Japanese entertainment company Bushiroad, making it the sister promotion of New Japan Pro-Wrestling (NJPW).

The World of Stardom Championship is a women's world professional wrestling world championship owned by the World Wonder Ring Stardom promotion. The title was first announced during Stardom's year-end event on December 24, 2012, and two days later its name was revealed as the "Artist of Stardom Championship", with a four-team one night single-elimination tournament announced to determine the inaugural champions. The current champions are Abarenbo GE in their first reign.

Yuhi is a Japanese retired professional wrestler. She was trained in not only professional wrestling, but also kickboxing, by Ikuto Hidaka and Satoshi Kobayashi at the Pro Wrestling Zero1 Norainu Dojo and made her debut on April 24, 2012, against Yuzuki Aikawa. She remained affiliated with Zero1 for her entire career, but, due to the low number of women's matches held by the promotion, spent most of her time working with the World Wonder Ring Stardom promotion, where she won the Rookie of Stardom tournament in December 2012 and her first professional wrestling title, the Artist of Stardom Championship, in June 2013. Yuhi retired from professional wrestling in March 2014, coinciding with her high school graduation.

Yoko Arai is a Japanese retired professional wrestler better known by the ring name Yoko Bito. Bito initially made her in-ring debut in December 2010 for World Wonder Ring Stardom and quickly became one of the most popular wrestlers in the promotion, until announcing her retirement from in-ring competition in November 2012. Bito came out of retirement and returned to Stardom in April 2016, and returned to the ring in June of that year, before retiring again in December 2017.

Yu Ishino, better known by his ring name Kagetsu (花月), is a Japanese retired professional wrestler. He is best known for his time in Stardom, JWP, Sendai Girls and various independent promotions.
