Suchith Suresan (born 24 August 1987 [2] [3] ) is an Indian playback singer in the Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada film industries.
Suchith Suresan was born to C. Suresan, a retired government servant and a reputed painter who focuses in oil-on-canvas; and K.P. Sucheeta, a retired banker, on 25 August 1987 at Trivandrum. He joined Madras Christian College Chennai for a degree in visual communications. He is married to Nimi Chandrika. He has an elder brother, Dr. Surej, who plays drums for an alternate-rock band based in Trivandrum called SPASM and is also an assistant surgeon in the health service department of the Govt. of Kerala. Suresan made his debut with the song "Pulayodu" from Saadhu Mirandaal, and reached fame with the song "Karigalan" from Vettaikaaran , composed by Vijay Antony. [4]
Since then, he has lent his voice to many films, including Chikku Bukku [5] and Nanban . [6]
His contributions to the soundtrack of Dam 999 earned him a nomination on the preliminary list for the 84th Academy Awards (Oscars). [7] [8]
Suresan sang the jingle for the Radio Mango 91.9 FM, composed by Deepak Dev, which scored the World Bronze Award (2009) for best station jingle at the New York Festivals.
Suresan studied Carnatic and Hindustani music under gurus Sri. Aryanadu Raju and composer Sri. Ramesh Narayan. [9]
He is the lead vocalist of the indie rock band Udaan.

Allah Rakha Rahman is an Indian music composer, record producer, singer, songwriter, musician, multi-instrumentalist, and philanthropist known for his works in Indian cinema; predominantly in Tamil and Hindi films, with occasional forays in international cinema. He is a recipient of six National Film Awards, two Academy Awards, two Grammy Awards, a BAFTA Award, a Golden Globe Award, six Tamil Nadu State Film Awards, fifteen Filmfare Awards, and eighteen Filmfare Awards South. In 2010, the Government of India conferred him with the Padma Bhushan, the nation's third-highest civilian award.

Chikku Bhukku is a 2010 Indian Tamil romance film written and directed by G.K.Manikandan and produced by Sunanda Murali Manohar, starring Arya, debutante Preetika and Shriya Saran, in the lead roles, with Santhanam and Anoop Kumar in supporting roles. The film was released on 3 December 2010. The movie is based on the 2003 South Korean movie The Classic. The name of the film is based on the song of the same name from Gentleman (1993).
Colonial Cousins is an Indian duo, formed by singer Hariharan and singer-composer Leslee Lewis, who also have successful solo careers. Their eponymous first album hit platinum in sales in India and consistently headed the Indian music charts in 1996. The duo have received numerous awards, notably the MTV Asia Viewers' Choice Award, 1996, and the US Billboard's Viewers' Award, 1996. On 19 November 1998, the Colonial Cousins released their second album, The Way We Do It. They released their third album Aatma on 1 January 2001. They have scored two Tamil films, Modhi Vilayadu (2009), Chikku Bukku (2010). Their fourth album Once More was released in 2012.
Kadhalan is the soundtrack to the 1994 Tamil film of the same name, directed by Shankar. The soundtrack, features 9 songs composed by A. R. Rahman and lyrics penned by Vaali, Vairamuthu, Shankar and Thirikudarasappa Kavirayar. The Choreographers were Sundaram – Mugur Sundar and Raju Sundaram. The Hindi version, Humse Hai Muqabala, sold 2.5 million soundtrack album units in India. Shankar came to Vaali for one song, as there was a sentiment established that the movie will become hit if Vaali penned just one song for that movie. Vaali generously accepted Shankar's request and penned Muqabla and Urvashi song which both became chartbusters.

Nanban is the soundtrack to the 2012 Tamil-language coming-of-age comedy-drama film of the same name directed by S. Shankar, starring Vijay, Jiiva, and Srikanth. Produced by Gemini Film Circuit, the film as an adaptation of Rajkumar Hirani's 3 Idiots (2009). The soundtrack to the film, features six tracks composed by Harris Jayaraj and lyrics written by Pa. Vijay, Viveka, Na. Muthukumar and Madhan Karky. The film's soundtrack was launched on 23 December 2011 through the company's subsidiary Gemini Audio. For the Telugu-dubbed version, Snehitudu, the album features six tracks written by Sirivennela Sitaramasastri, Vanamali, Ramajogayya Sastry. The soundtrack was also released on 19 January 2012.
