Sugley is an area of Newcastle upon Tyne adjacent to Lemington in the county of Tyne and Wear, England: ^[1] its parish church ^[2] is Holy Saviour, ^[3] Sugley. ^[4]

History

Sugley was formerly a township in the parish of Newburn, ^[5] in 1866 Sugley became a separate civil parish, on 1 April 1935 the parish was abolished and merged with Newburn. ^[6] In 1931 the parish had a population of 1769. ^[7]
