In late 2010, Manabat made her screen debut at age 6 as Monay Montecillo in the dramedy Ang Tanging Ina Mo . Her portrayal received praises from the critics, earning her accolades for Best Child Actress at the FAMAS Awards, Movie Child Performer of the Year at the PMPC Star Awards for Movies and Best Child Performer at the Metro Manila Film Festival.
