"Surrender Your Love" is a song recorded by British house music group Nightcrawlers, released in May 1995 by Final Vinyl and Arista Records as the second single from their only album, Lets Push It (1995). Produced by American DJ and record producer MK, the song is co-written by him with John Reid and was released shortly after the previous single, "Push the Feeling On". It became a hit in various countries, such as the UK, Finland, France and the Netherlands, where it reached the top 10. On the Eurochart Hot 100, it peaked at number 19 in June 1995. Outside Europe, the song was successful in Israel, peaking at number eight.
"Surrender Your Love" is very similar in sound to "Push the Feeling On" (structure, house music sonorities, vocals), and sees singer Reid returning to a more traditional verse-chorus construction. The chorus is made out of editing syllables from the actual verses, and goes like "(Sa)-ying We Have Got/Feeling/..ying We Have/Wanna Stay". This is the typical remixing style of MK.
John Bush from AllMusic described "Surrender Your Love" as a deep-house hit. [3] In his weekly UK chart commentary, James Masterton wrote, "The new single has more of a song structure than the last hit, owing to the presence of vocalist John Reid on the track. Another Top 3 hit could well be on the cards." [4] Simon Price from Melody Maker described it as "aciiiedic". [5] Pan-European magazine Music & Media commented, "The beat goes on, but no longer on FFRR. On their Arista label debut, the inventors of the "canned vibraphone" effect as further perfected by Robin S. push the feeling a little further on." [6]
A reviewer from Music Week gave the track three out of five, adding that it "retains the familiar elements of its predecessor though this is a less striking re-invention." [7] Brad Beatnik from the Record Mirror Dance Update gave it four out of five, writing, "Just when we've worked out the lyrics for the last hit, along comes another brainteaser. This is very much in the same mould with MK on hand again to cut up the vocal and add the inimitably simple keyboard stabs and rumbling organ and bass. This one-sided promo is equally catchy and there's no reason why it shouldn't go the same way as "Push the Feeling On"." [8] Another RM editor, James Hamilton, noted the "more coherently whined than "Push the Feeling On" but similarly nagged, honked and burbled striding 122.5bpm MK Club and Dub Mixes, co-created right from scratch by Marc Kinchen this time". A music video was produced to promote the single. It was later made available by Vevo on YouTube in 2014, and had generated more than two million views as of early 2024. [10]

Nightcrawlers is a British-American house music project from Glasgow, Scotland and Chicago, Illinois, assembled by producer, DJ and vocalist John Reid.
Marc Kinchen, known by his initials MK, is an American DJ, record producer and remixer. He hit number-one on the US Billboard Hot Dance Music/Club Play chart in 1993 and 1994 with the songs "Always" and "Love Changes". Lead vocals on both of those tracks were performed by Alana Simon. The combo also recorded the underground house music classic anthem "Burning". "Always" peaked at number 69 on the UK Singles Chart in February 1995. MK also hit the dance chart with "4 You", using the pseudonym 4th Measure Men.
"Bump n' Grind" is a song written, produced, and performed by American singer-songwriter R. Kelly. It was released on January 28, 1994 by Jive Records, as the second single from his debut solo studio album, 12 Play (1993). The track became a number one single on the US Billboard Hot 100, and it also spent twelve weeks at number one on the US Hot R&B Songs chart as Kelly's third number-one R&B hit, becoming the longest-running number-one of 1994 in the US, and the longest-running R&B single at that time. The song also reached number eight on the UK Singles Chart, following the massive success of his previous single, "She's Got That Vibe".
"You Never Love the Same Way Twice" is a song by Zambian-born singer Rozalla, released in October 1994 as the third single from her second album, Look No Further (1995), and later also included on her Best Of album. The song reached number 12 on the Scottish Singles Chart and number 16 on the UK Singles Chart, during a five-week chart run. It was a minor hit in Germany and Iceland, and peaked at number 61 on the Eurochart Hot 100 in November 1994. The single was also released in the United States in 1995 as the attendant single of the US edition of her second album, reaching number 11 on the Billboard Hot Dance Club Play chart. In 2005, Rozalla re-recorded and re-released the track for a German label.
"Feeling So Real" is a song by American electronica musician Moby, released on October 1994 by Mute and Elektra, as the second single from the musician's third studio album, Everything Is Wrong (1995). The song, both written and produced by Moby, features the phrases "sound system rocking my....." and "set it up DJ!" spoken by Kochie Banton, who also appears in Moby's following single, "Everytime You Touch Me". The guest vocalist for the song is Rozz Morehead. It peaked at number 30 on the UK Singles Chart, number nine on the US Billboard Dance Club Play chart, and number one on the Finnish Singles Chart. Julie Hermelin directed the song's accompanying music video. Spin ranked "Feeling So Real"/"Everytime You Touch Me" number one in their list of the 20 best singles of 1995.
"Move (You Make Me Feel So Good)" is a song by American electronic musician Moby, with a chorus sampling from Loleatta Holloway's 1980 song "Love Sensation". It was first released as the title track on Moby's extended play Move, which was issued on August 31, 1993, as his first release on Mute Records in the United Kingdom and on Elektra Records in the United States. It hit number one on the US Billboard Hot Dance Music/Club Play chart and number 21 on the UK Singles Chart.
"Two Can Play That Game" is a song by American R&B singer-songwriter Bobby Brown from his third album, Bobby (1992). The single release was remixed by K-Klass and originally reached No. 38 on the UK Singles Chart in June 1994. In April 1995, it re-entered the chart, peaking at No. 3. It received positive reviews from music critics and also reached No. 3 in the Netherlands. Additionally, it became a top-20 hit in Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Ireland, and Italy. On the Eurochart Hot 100, "Two Can Play That Game" peaked at No. 10. This version of the song appeared on Brown's remix album of the same name, released later in 1995.
"Shoot Me with Your Love" is a song by Northern Irish music group D:Ream, released in June 1995 by Magnet and FXU as the first single from their second album, World (1995). Co-written by frontman Peter Cunnah with Tim Hegarty, the song was the first of a three-single UK Top 40 run in 1995 for the band and also the highest peaking, reaching number seven on the UK Singles Chart and number three on the UK Dance Singles Chart. The follow-ups, "Party Up the World" and "The Power ", reached number 20 and 40, respectively. A music video was also produced to promote the single.

"Push the Feeling On" is a house song by the Scottish music group Nightcrawlers and American DJ Marc Kinchen (MK). The original version released in 1992 was also partially disco and acid jazz-influenced and was a minor chart hit in the United Kingdom. The song was later remixed extensively by Kinchen, creating a series of additional remixes for the song. One remix known as "Push the Feeling On (MK Dub Revisited Edit)" became an international chart hit in 1995, reaching the top 10 in various European countries, including the UK, where it peaked at number three.

"Love Is All Around" is a song by Swiss singer-songwriter DJ BoBo, released on 23 January 1995 as the second single from his second album, There Is a Party (1994). It features vocals by singer Christiane Lupp and reached number one on the dance chart in Canada. In Europe, it peaked within the top 10 in Finland and Germany, being certified gold in the latter country.
"Closer than Close" is a song by American musician Rosie Gaines, a former singer in Prince's band the New Power Generation. After being released in 1995 as a track on her fifth album by the same name (1995), bootlegs of garage mixes started appearing. Thus started a two-year mission by Glaswegian house and garage indie Big Bang Records to release the track properly in 1997. It peaked at number four in the UK and number six on the US Billboard Hot Dance Club Play chart. "Closer than Close" is Gaines' most successful song to date, and widely considered as a club classic.
"Automatic Lover (Call for Love)" is a song by German Eurodance/pop music project Real McCoy (also known as M.C. Sar & The Real McCoy), released in January 1994 by Hansa as the second single from their album Another Night (1995), which is the US version of the project's second album, Space Invaders. The song was produced by music producers Juergen Wind (aka J. Wind) and Frank Hassas (aka Quickmix) under the producer team name Freshline, and borrows the melody from Bronski Beat's 1984 song, "Smalltown Boy". It was a top-20 hit in a number of countries, including Australia, Denmark, Germany and Sweden. There were made two different music videos for "Automatic Lover (Call for Love)". The European version was directed by Angel in 1994.

It peaked at number eight in Finland, number 24 in Germany and number 25 in Austria and Sweden. On the Eurochart Hot 100, it reached number 56 in March 1995. Outside Europe, it peaked at number 30 in Israel. The CD single also featured the music video of the band's previous hit single, "Take Your Chance".
