It was produced by American filmmaker Praveena Paruchuri and distributed by Rana Daggubati under the banner of Suresh Productions. The film features a cast of over 80 non-actors, most of them native to Kancharapalem, a neighbourhood of Visakhapatnam where the film is set. The plot follows four unconventional love stories in parallel, all set in the neighbourhood of Kancharapalem.

Mail, also marketed as Kambalapally Kathalu Chapter 1: Mail is a 2021 Indian Telugu-language comedy film written and directed by debutant Uday Gurrala and produced by Priyanka Dutt through Swapna Cinema production company. The film stars Priyadarshi and debutants Harshith Malgireddy, Mani Aegurla and Gouri Priya Reddy. Set in 2005 in the village of Kambalapally in Telangana, the film is the first installment in the Kambalapally Kathalu series. The film premiered on 12 January on Aha.

Jeevan and I B Karthikeyan stars features Deepan N, Karthik Rathnam, Vetri and Mumtaz Sorcar. The film is the remake of 2018 Telugu film C/o Kancharapalem. The film was released on 12 February 2021.

Arjun Reddy is the soundtrack to the 2017 film of the same name directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga. The album featured seven songs composed by Radhan with lyrics penned by Ananta Sriram, Rambabu Gosala, Shreshta and Mandela Pedaswamy. The album was released on 21 August 2017 through Aditya Music and preceded with four singles. Although most of the song were composed by Radhan, Shrestha who penned lyrics for "Madhurame" and "Gundelona" ; composed the latter's tune that lacked instrumental support.
Bhale Bhale Magadivoy is the soundtrack to the 2015 film of the same name directed by Maruthi Dasari and stars Nani and Lavanya Tripathi. The soundtrack featured five songs composed by Gopi Sunder, and lyrics written by Ramajogayya Sastry, Sri Mani, and Bhaskarabhatla Ravi Kumar. The soundtrack to the film featured six songs composed by Devi Sri Prasad with lyrics written by Ramajogayya Sastry, Chandrabose, Sahithi, Bhaskarabhatla and Prasad himself. The soundtrack was released on 15 April 2012 through the Aditya Music label.
