"Sweettalk My Heart" is a song by Swedish singer-songwriter Tove Lo. It was released as the fifth single off of her fourth studio album, Sunshine Kitty , on 18 September 2019 for digital download and streaming. It is an electropop composition with influences of dancehall music. Upon release, the song received positive reviews from music critics, who complimented its production and lyrics. It received a music video, as well as a lyric video.
According to Lo, "Sweettalk My Heart" was "the first song [she] wrote where [she] felt, 'Am I making my fourth album right now? Is this where it’s going to go?'". Tove Anna Linnéa Östman Styrke is a Swedish singer and songwriter. She gained popularity as a contestant on Swedish Idol 2009, finishing in third place. After the show, she started a solo career in electropop. She released her debut album Tove Styrke in 2010. The New York Post included Styrke in its list of "10 Artists to Know in 2011". In 2015, she released her second album, Kiddo. Three years later, in 2018, she released her third album, Sway. Throughout the 2010s Styrke gained an increasing critical acclaim as an independent artist resulting in her single "Say My Name" being included in Rolling Stone's 100 best songs of the decade.
"Not on Drugs" is a song by Swedish recording artist and songwriter Tove Lo for her debut extended play Truth Serum and her debut studio album Queen of the Clouds, both of which were released in 2014. It was co-written by Lo together with its producers, Alx Reuterskiöld and The Struts. The recording premiered on 24 February 2014 on Swedish radio station P3 as a promotional single from Truth Serum. On the same day "Sadder Badder Cooler", the re-issue's opening track, was released as a single with two official remixes by The Presets and King Arthur. Remixes by Banx & Ranx, MUTO, Y2K, and Liu followed on 17 July, 31 July, 7 August, and 4 September 2020 respectively. The song's music video, animated by Venturia Animation Studios and Dreambear Productions, depicts a cartoon Lo and her animal sidekick Sunshine Kitty "on a Kill Bill-style mission to take down several Disney princes.
