Taleh Jerd-e Olya (Persian : تله جردعليا‎, also Romanized as Taleh Jerd-e ‘Olyā and Taleh Jerd Olya; also known as Talah Jerd, Taleh Jerd-e Bālā, and Telehjerd-e Bālā)^[1] is a village in Kamazan-e Sofla Rural District, Zand District, Malayer County, Hamadan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 134, in 31 families.^[2]

Persian, also known by its endonym Farsi, is one of the Western Iranian languages within the Indo-Iranian branch of the Indo-European language family. It is primarily spoken in Iran, Afghanistan, and Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and some other regions which historically were Persianate societies and considered part of Greater Iran. It is written right to left in the Persian alphabet, a modified variant of the Arabic script.

Kamazan-e Sofla Rural District is a rural district (dehestan) in Zand District, Malayer County, Hamadan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 4,985, in 1,241 families. The rural district has 25 villages.

Zand District is a district (bakhsh) in Malayer County, Hamadan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 14,426, in 3,695 families. The district has one city: Zangeneh.
