Telenordia was a Swedish telephone company and Internet service provider. It was founded in 1995 as a joint venture between BT Group, TeleDanmark and Telenor. TeleDanmark sold its part in 2000. In 2001 the company was split up between BT and Telenor. [1] The private customers were bought by Glocalnet. [2]

Telenor Denmark Danish telecommunication company

Telenor Denmark is one of the 4 major Danish mobile telephone operators with a customer base in excess of 1.4 million customers. Since 12 February 2004, it has been a subsidiary of the Norwegian mobile telephone company Telenor ASA. Before 15 June 2009, it was known as Sonofon. Sonofon and Cybercity merged in 2006 to form an alliance. On 15 June 2009, the two brands merged and renamed to Telenor. Since December 2014, Telenor has partnered with Swedish operator Telia to deliver a joint mobile network across Denmark.

Tele2 AB is a European telecommunications operator headquartered in the Kista Science City, Stockholm, Sweden. It is a major telephone operator in Sweden, Russia, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. Tele2 also has a 25% share in T-Mobile Netherlands. As of 7 September 2021, Tele2 and Deutsche Telekom have opted to rid themselves of T-Mobile Netherlands in a sale for an enterprise value of €5.1 billion.

Telenor Sverige, is a mobile phone, IPTV and Internet service provider in Sweden, owned by Telenor. Telenor Sverige's network covers 99 percent of the country's population, with telecom infrastructure sharing on 2G, 4G LTE and 5G NR under the Net4Mobility joint venture with Tele2, and on 3G UMTS with 3 Sverige outside Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmö, Lund and Karlskrona, where it has its own 3G masts. Today, Telenor Sweden has over 2.5 million mobile subscribers, approximately 645,000 broadband customers and half a million TV customers. Telenor Sweden has a turnover of approximately SEK 13.1 billion (2015) and has approximately 1,900 employees.

YouSee

YouSee is the largest quadruple play service provider in Denmark, and is a part of Nuuday which is a subsidiary of TDC Group, the largest telecommunications company in Denmark. YouSee currently has 1.1 million customers in Denmark.

Bredbandsbolaget

Bredbandsbolaget was a Swedish Internet service provider (ISP) owned by Telenor. It was founded in 1998 with a focus on high-speed Internet connection for homes and businesses using optical fiber. It was the second largest ISP in Sweden in 2003.

Glocalnet was a Swedish Internet service provider owned by Telenor.

Spray Network AB is a Swedish Internet company that runs the web portal spray.se. Spray was founded in 1995, was bought by Lycos Europe, but was sold to Allers in 2006. As of 2006 spray.se has about 750 000 visitors per week.

Net4Mobility is a joint venture between Telenor Sweden and Tele2 Sweden. The company’s main goal is to build, own and operate a GSM (2G), LTE (4G) and 5G NR Network and Transmission Network in Sweden. The mobile network covers 99 percent of the Swedish population and enable Telenor Sweden and Tele2 Sweden to offer data and voice (GSM) services to their customers. Net4Mobility was founded April 2009 and currently operates in the 700, 800, 900, 1800 and 2600 MHz bands. Recently the company initiated an expansion programme in order to also cover up to 90% of the geographical area of Sweden.

Allente is a Nordic TV distributor that offers TV solutions via satellite TV and IPTV, to 1.2 million customers in Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden. The company was established on 5 May 2020, as a result of a merger between Canal Digital and Viasat Consumer. The merger was planned the year before, but was only approved by the EU on that date. The company is owned 50/50 by Telenor Group and Nordic Entertainment Group.
