Thalassobacillus pellis is a Gram-positive, moderately halophilic, endospore-forming, strictly aerobic and motile bacterium from the genus of Thalassobacillus which has been isolated from salted animal hides from Istanbul in Turkey. [1] [3] [4] [5] [6]
