The British Art Journal was a triannual journal/magazine that published research on British art from all historical periods.
The publication was launched on 1 July 1999 at a reception held at the Thomas Coram Foundation (which became the Foundling Museum) in London. Two issues were published in the initial year. Since then, three issues have been published each year. [1] The journal ceased print publication in December 2023 but will re-appear as an occasional online publication, featuring research, news and reviews.
The Founding Editor is the Welsh art historian and critic, Robin Simon, who established it in collaboration with David N Hodgson as Art Director. The journal is accessible online through JSTOR. [2]

Project MUSE contains digital humanities and social science content from some 400 university presses and scholarly societies around the world. It is an aggregator of digital versions of academic journals, all of which are free of digital rights management (DRM). It operates as a third-party acquisition service like EBSCO, JSTOR, OverDrive, and ProQuest.
The Geographical Journal is a quarterly peer-reviewed academic journal of the Royal Geographical Society. It publishes papers covering research on all aspects of geography. It also publishes shorter Commentary papers and Review Essays. Since 2001, The Geographical Journal has been published in collaboration with Wiley-Blackwell. The journal was established in 1831 as the Journal of the Royal Geographical Society of London. Near Eastern Archaeology is an American journal covering art, archaeology, history, anthropology, literature, philology, and epigraphy of the Near Eastern and Mediterranean worlds from the Palaeolithic through Ottoman periods. The journal is written for a general audience and is published quarterly by the American Schools of Oriental Research. The current editor is Thomas Schneider. The Canadian Journal of African Studies is a triannual peer-reviewed academic journal covering African studies that was established in 1967. It is published by the Canadian Association of African Studies. Articles are published in English or French and cover the areas of anthropology, political economy, history, geography, and development. In addition to "Research Articles", the journal includes a section called "Debate and Commentary" that presents divergent viewpoints on current issues. Another section called "Research Note" permits contributors to discuss the latest writing, opinion, and research sources on African issues.
