Fan Death was a synthpop band formed in Brooklyn, New York City, in 2007 as a collaboration between producer Szam Findlay with vocalists Dandilion Wind Opaine and Marta Jaciubek-McKeever. Findlay then moved to Vancouver, British Columbia, where the lineup changed to Findlay and sisters Kasia Elizabeth and Tessa Marie as vocalists. The band is named after the South Korean notion that suggests that sleeping in an enclosed room with an electric fan running can cause asphyxiation.
"Animal" is a song performed by Swedish indie pop band Miike Snow. It was released as the first single from the band's 2009 self-titled debut album on 17 February 2009 through Columbia and Downtown Records. Written by the band alongside Henrik Jonback, "Animal" is a pop song with instrumentation provided by horns and staccato synthesizers. Lead singer Andrew Wyatt has explained that it has an ambiguous meaning; its lyrics can be interpreted as dealing with matters such as addiction, basic instincts or dissatisfaction when one's needs are not met by society.
The Sound of Arrows are a Swedish electronic music duo originally from Gävle, and now based in Stockholm. The duo, consisting of Oskar Gullstrand and Stefan Storm, have remixed tracks for artists such as Lady Gaga, Alphabeat, The Naked and Famous, Natalia Kills and Nicole Scherzinger. They also produced the song "Shoot the Bullet" for electropop artist Queen of Hearts.
Esben and the Witch are a British three piece rock band formed in Brighton in 2008. consisting of Rachel Davies, Thomas Fisher (guitar), and Daniel Copeman. Their name comes from the Danish fairytale, "Esben and the Witch".

A deluxe version of the album was also released, which features the LP and CD version of the album and a bonus 7". The lyrics seem to be a semi-concept album as it is meant to be a journey with each song representing different parts of that journey.
"Deathwaltz" is a song by British indie rock band Esben and the Witch, released as a promotional single in October 2012. The song was featured in October as one of NMEs 'Ten Tracks You Have To Hear This Week' saying 'This hazy, surprisingly sweetly sung taster leaves you wanting more.
Scandroid is an American electronic music project created by Klayton, which previously included Varien in 2013. The project released its debut single, "Salvation Code", on August 6, 2013. Scandroid can be described as encompassing the retro synth melodies of the 1980s while still adapting to modern production, thus creating a new retro sound.
Robin Alexander Schulz is a German musician, DJ, and record producer. On 4 February 2014, he released the first single from his debut album, a remix of "Waves" by Dutch hip hop artist Mr. Probz. This remix later received a nomination for Best Remixed Recording, Non-Classical at the 57th Annual Grammy Awards.
"Work Hard, Play Hard" is a song by Dutch disc jockey and producer Tiësto with vocals from Canadian singer Kay. It was released on 10 August 2011 in the Netherlands. The electro house remix made by Canadian band Autoerotique gained more success than the original mix.
"The Expedition" is an instrumental composition by Dutch DJ and record producer Armin van Buuren and German DJ and record producer Markus Schulz. It was the official anthem of A State of Trance 600 festival in 2013. The song was released in the Netherlands by A State of Trance as a digital download on 28 January 2013 as the first single from van Buuren's compilation A State of Trance 2013.
