The Tower at City Place (formerly known as Trump Tower) is a 35-story condominium located at 10 City Place in the city of White Plains in Westchester County, New York. [1] The building was designed by Costas Kondylis and Partners. [2] It was completed in 2005, and it opened on September 21 of that year with 212 residences and 3 commercial spaces. On August 5, 2021, the condo unit owners voted to remove the Trump brand. A rebranding committee was formed consisting of twenty residents and a new name was chosen. In January 2022, the building's board filed declarations to the condo amendment with the new official name, The Tower at City Place. Full rebranding was completed in May 2022. The building is attached to a municipal parking building whose rooftop holds the outdoor amenities for The Tower at City Place residents. Rooftop amenities include two tennis courts, a putting green, playground, a basketball court, and a 20-meter swimming pool (maximum depth of 4 feet, 8 inches), which is claimed to be "olympic size" in combination with the pool deck and lounge area, BBQ grilling stations and a bar area. The St. Regis Toronto is a mixed-use skyscraper located in the downtown core of Toronto, Ontario, Canada. It was built by Markham-based Talon International Development Inc., which is owned by Canadian businessmen Val Levitan and Alex Shnaider. The hotel portion of the building is owned by InnVest Hotels LP, which acquired it in 2017.
The Heritage at Millennium Park, located at 130 N. Garland Court in Chicago, Illinois is a mixed-use tower. Completed in 2005, with a height of 631 feet (192 m) and 57 floors, the building was designed by the architectural firm Solomon Cordwell Buenz. It is the 36th-tallest building in Chicago. Like many newer buildings, the Heritage preserves and makes use of the façades of four existing buildings in its base.
The Trump International Hotel and Tower was a proposed residential tower located in the Central Business District of New Orleans, Louisiana. It was a project of real estate mogul Donald Trump's Trump Organization. Supposedly in the planning stages from summer 2005 on, the project was finally declared dead in July 2011 after the location land was foreclosed on and sold at auction.
55 East Erie is an all-residential skyscraper in Chicago. It is at 647 feet (197 m). Designed by Fujikawa Johnson & Associates and Searl & Associates Architects, the 56 story building was completed in 2004 and is the fourth-tallest all-residential building in the United States after Trump World Tower in New York City, One Museum Park in Chicago, and the nearby 340 on the Park completed in 2007 in Chicago.
Trump Plaza New Rochelle is a 40-story luxury condo building located in New Rochelle, NY. The Trump Organization no longer manages the property after its services were terminated by the Condo Board in October 2021, and the building is now managed by AKAM Associates.
The Paradox Hotel Vancouver, formerly known as the Trump International Hotel and Tower Vancouver, is a residential skyscraper and hotel in Downtown Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. The 60-storey, 188-metre (617 ft) tower in which the hotel is located is at 1151 West Georgia Street and was completed in 2016. The tower is the second tallest building in Vancouver, after the Shangri-La tower located across West Georgia Street.
The 360 Residential Condominiums skyscraper is located in Downtown Austin, Texas at 360 Nueces Street. The building itself stands 581 ft (177 m) tall with 44 floors, 430 condos, and over 14,000 sq ft (1,300 m2) of retail space. The building topped out in November 2007, and construction was officially completed on May 22, 2008. 360 Condominiums was the tallest building in Austin from January 15, 2008 to June 29, 2009 when The Austonian surpassed it. The tower also became the tallest residential tower in Texas, surpassing The Merc in Dallas before the Austonian also took that title. Currently, it is the fourth tallest building in Austin after The Independent, The Austonian, and the Fairmont Austin.
One Journal Square is a skyscraper complex under construction at Journal Square in Jersey City, New Jersey. It is the fourth tallest building by structural height in Jersey City, construction began in 2022 after significant delays. The first tower topped-out in 2024, while the second tower is under construction, with the entire project expecting completion in 2026. The complex includes twin 52-story high-rises over a 12-story base rising 710 feet (220 m).
Willson's Woods Park is a park located in Mount Vernon, New York. The Park is owned by Westchester County and operated by its Department of Parks, Recreation and Conservation. Acquired in 1924, Willson's Woods is one of the oldest parks in the County's parks system. The Park was named for the former owner of the land, Charles Hill Willson of the Willson & Adams Lumber Company. The park is flanked to the east by the Hutchinson River Parkway and by Pelham Lake. It was built with the northern entrance passing under the now defunct New York, Westchester and Boston Railway line, and the southern under the still working New Haven Line.
City Place is a mixed-use tower skyscraper in downtown Oklahoma City, in the U.S. state of Oklahoma. At 391 ft (119m), it is the 7th tallest building in the city and has 33 floors. Finished in 1931, it was Oklahoma City's tallest building for a short time before it lost the title to First National Center in the same year. In 2010, the top seven floors were converted into six condos; the penthouse condo occupies the top two floors.

Lauderdale, until The Icon on Las Olas overtook it in late 2017. The structure is a complex created by three adjoining buildings; two duplicate 42-story towers, and one 34-story tower.
Metropolis at Dadeland is a pair of skyscraper condos in the Dadeland neighborhood of Kendall, Miami-Dade County, Florida, United States. Metropolis at Dadeland consists of two near identical residential towers, Metropolis One and Metropolis Two. The towers provide retail and dining space on the street level, while the remaining floors are residential condo units. Specifically, floors two though seven are loft style units surrounding nine floors of parking. Floors eight through twenty-six are condo units and Penthouse units at the top. Floor eight contains most of the buildings amenities such as two pools, his and her saunas, library/work center, fitness center, club room with pool tables, and a Jacuzzi. Both towers stand at a height (architectural) of 313.58 ft.
Paraíso Bay is a group of four adjacent high-rise buildings in the Edgewater neighborhood of Miami, Florida, United States. Two of the towers, Paraiso Bay and Grand Paraiso, are nearly identical, rising about 550 feet (168 m) with 54 floors, and adjoined by a common amenities, parking and recreation structure. The two additional towers are branded ONE Paraíso and Paraíso Bayviews and are standalone buildings. Collectively, the buildings contain over 1300 residential units.

Developed by China Overseas America, 99 Hudson is the first residential project in the U.S. for the firm. The 1.4 million square-foot building includes 781 condominium units ranging from studios to three bedrooms.

Nexus is a high-rise residential building in Seattle, Washington, United States. The 40-story, 440-foot (130 m) tower has 389 condominiums, retail space, and a parking garage for 316 vehicles. Nexus is located at 1200 Howell Street in the Denny Triangle neighborhood, adjacent to Interstate 5. The project, developed by Burrard Group, was announced in 2015 and began construction in early 2017. It opened in February 2020.
