Timothy D. Beck (born January 18, 1964) is an American football coach and former player. He is currently the offensive coordinator at Vanderbilt University. He was previously an offensive analyst for the TCU Horned Frogs football program for the 2021 season. Beck served as the head football coach at Pittsburg State University in Pittsburg, Kansas from 2010 to 2019, compiling a record of 82–35. He led the 2011 Pittsburg State Gorillas football team to the NCAA Division II Football Championship. Beck played college football at Pittsburg State from 1985 to 1986 and was an assistant coach with the program from 1987 to 2009.

Jeffrey Allen Boschee is an American former basketball player and current coach. He currently serves as head coach of the men's team at Pittsburg State University in Pittsburg, Kansas. He was formerly the head coach at Missouri Southern State University in Joplin, Missouri. Boschee played guard at the University of Kansas from 1998 to 2002. He was named Mr. Basketball for North Dakota in 1998.

David Wiemers is an American football coach. He is the offensive coordinator at Carthage Senior High School in Carthage, Missouri, a position he has held since 2021. Wiemers served as the head football coach at Emporia State University from 2001 to 2006, compiling a record of 35–32. He was the assistant head football coach and defensive coordinator at Pittsburg State University from 2011 to 2019.
Ron Randleman is a former American football coach. He served as head coach at Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, Texas from 1982 to 2004. Randleman retired after the 2004 season as the winningest head coach in the history of the Sam Houston State Bearkats football program.
Charles Leroy Broyles is a former American football coach and college athletics administrator. He served as the head football coach at Pittsburg State University from 1990 to 2009, compiling a record of 198–47–2 in 20 seasons. His Pittsburg State Gorillas football teams won the NCAA Division II Football Championship in 1991, appeared three other championship games, and captured nine Mid-America Intercollegiate Athletics Association titles. Broyles retired from coaching at Pittsburg State effective December 2, 2009.
Clarence Eugene Iba is a former American college basketball coach. He was previously the Pittsburg State Gorillas men's basketball coach until 2010. He was head coach at Houston Baptist from 1977 to 1985, Baylor from 1985 to 1992, and Pittsburg State from 1995 to 2010. He is the son of college basketball coach Clarence Iba and nephew of college basketball coach Hank Iba.
The Pittsburg State Gorillas, commonly referred to as Pitt State, are the athletic teams that represent Pittsburg State University. They are in the NCAA Division II as a member of the Mid-America Intercollegiate Athletics Association (MIAA). The Gorillas previously competed in the Central States Intercollegiate Conference (CSIC) of the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) from 1976–77 to 1988–89; in the Great Plains Athletic Conference (GPAC) from 1972–73 to 1975–76; in the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference (RMAC) from 1968–69 to 1971–72; in the Central Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (CIC) from 1923–24 to 1967–68; and in the Kansas Collegiate Athletic Conference (KCAC) from 1902–03 to 1922–23.

The Gorillas play their home games at Carnie Smith Stadium, more commonly referred to as "The Jungle", in Pittsburg, Kansas. Pittsburg State has won more games than any other program in NCAA Division II history. It has won four national championships and 27 conference championships, including 13 conference titles in 20 seasons under former head coach Chuck Broyles.

Christopher J. Brown is an American football coach and former player. He is the head football coach for Fort Hays State University; a position he has held since 2011. He played for Pittsburg State University in Pittsburg, Kansas, from 1992 to 1995. He became the head coach at Fort Hays State in 2011.
Bobby Bounds is a former American football quarterback who played two seasons with the Cleveland Thunderbolts of the Arena Football League (AFL). He played college football at Texas A&M University-Commerce, which was then known as East Texas State University, where he was an All-American quarterback and one of the best passers in the history of Lion football and the Lone Star Conference. He was also a member of the Benicarlo Tifons of the Professional Football League and Shreveport Pirates of the Canadian Football League (CFL).
The 2011 Pittsburg State Gorillas football team represented Pittsburg State University during the 2011 NCAA Division II football season. The Gorillas played their home games at Carnie Smith Stadium in Pittsburg, Kansas, which has been the Gorillas' home stadium since 1924. The team was headed by coach Tim Beck. The team finished the regular season with a 9-1 record. This year they won their second NCAA Division II Football Championship, with a win over Wayne State 35-21.

The Gorillas were led by seventh-year head coach, Tim Beck. Pittsburg State has been a member of the Mid-America Intercollegiate Athletics Association since 1989.
Brian Wright is an American college football coach and former player. He is the head football coach for Northern Arizona University, a position he will take over for the 2024 season. He was the head football coach at Pittsburg State University from 2020 to 2023. He was the interim head football coach for Florida Atlantic University in 2013. He also coached for Wooster, Walsh, Youngstown State, Montana State, Florida Atlantic, and Toledo. He played college football for Wooster as wide receiver.
Amanda Davied is the head women's basketball coach and former player at Pittsburg State University. Prior to becoming head coach in May 2018, Davied was an assistant coach for the Pittsburg State women's basketball team since her graduation in December 2003.
Sam Pittman is an American football coach who is the head football coach at the University of Arkansas. Prior to being hired at Arkansas, he was the associate head coach and offensive line coach at the University of Georgia. Prior to his hiring at Arkansas, Pittman spent almost his entire career, going back to the mid-1990s, as an offensive line coach at various college football programs. He also became known as one of the country's top recruiters.
John Michael Roderique is an American former high school football coach and athletic director. He served as the head football coach at Webb City, Missouri, High School for 26 years. He announced his retirement on December 5, 2022, including retaining athletic director duties through the end of the 2022–2023 school year. He compiled a record of 315–35, took his team to state playoffs 23 times, made it to the semi-finals or finals in 20 seasons, won 13 state football titles, of which ten were undefeated seasons, and had two state runner-up finishes.
