"Tongues" is a song by American indie rock band Joywave and American electronic music band KOPPS. The song was released independently on April 9, 2013 [1] and then through Cultco Music and Hollywood Records on February 9, 2014, was featured on the band's second extended play How Do You Feel?, [2] and appeared on the band's debut studio album How Do You Feel Now? . The official music video for the song was uploaded on May 27, 2014 to the band's Vevo channel on YouTube. The song has been remixed by several artists, including Giorgio Moroder [3] and Big Data. [4] The song was featured on the soundtrack for the video game FIFA 15 [5] and appears in a Nexus 6P advertisement.
The official music video for the song, lasting three minutes and fifty-five seconds, was uploaded on May 27, 2014 to the band's Vevo channel on YouTube. [6] The video, which also features a NSFW tag, was directed by duo DANIELS, who also worked on the MTV VMA-nominated music video for "Turn Down for What" by DJ Snake and Lil Jon. [7]

"Tom's Diner" is a song by American singer and songwriter Suzanne Vega. Written on November 18, 1981, it was first released as a track on the January 1984 issue of Fast Folk Musical Magazine. Originally featured on her second studio album, Solitude Standing (1987), it was released as a single in Europe only in 1987 following the success of her single "Luka". It was later used as the basis for a remix by the British group DNA in 1990, which reached No. 1 in Austria, Germany, Greece and Switzerland.
"Call Me" is a song by the American new wave band Blondie and the theme to the 1980 film American Gigolo. Produced and composed by Italian musician Giorgio Moroder, with lyrics by Blondie singer Debbie Harry, the song appeared in the film and was released in the United States in early 1980 as a single. "Call Me" was No. 1 for six consecutive weeks on the Billboard Hot 100, where it became the band's biggest single and second No. 1. It also hit No. 1 in the UK and Canada, where it became their fourth and second chart-topper, respectively. Joywave is an American indie rock band from Rochester, New York, formed in 2010. Their lineup consists of Daniel Armbruster (vocals), Joseph Morinelli (guitar), and Paul Brenner (drums). The band first became known for its collaboration with electronic music project Big Data, "Dangerous", which peaked at number two on the Billboard Rock & Alternative Airplay chart in 2014. After releasing two EPs, their debut album, How Do You Feel Now?, was released through their own Cultco Music label, an imprint of Hollywood Records, in 2015. Their second album, Content, was released on July 28, 2017. It was followed by their third album, Possession, which was released on March 13, 2020. Their fourth album, Cleanse, was released on February 11, 2022. Their fifth album, Permanent Pleasure, released on May 17, 2024.
