Twiggy is the self-titled debut album from British model and singer Twiggy. It was released in 1976 in England and mainland Europe. [1] The album featured the top-20 single "Here I Go Again". The album peaked at number 33 on the UK albums chart, receiving a silver certification.
After four years of modelling, Twiggy retired in 1970, and embarked on an acting and singing career. Twiggy spoke of her debut album, "My first real album after my record deal with Phonogram - I'd always absolutely adored country music, I guess it was always my 'thing'. This album was slightly more country than 'Please Get My Name Right', which was more pop I suppose. The first album did rather well, earning me a silver disc, although they both did very well. This album was produced by Tony Eyers, who was a hot record producer at the time.". [2]
The album included the UK top-20 hit, "Here I Go Again", which peaked at number 17.
The album was warmly received by Rolling Stone , with reviewer Billy Altman opining, "Her voice, which at alternate times recalls Olivia Newton-John and Melanie (but without the former's calculated submissiveness or the latter's hyperextended vulnerability) is strong and self-assured". Also commenting, "she has a fine sense of where the heart of a song lies (...) There is a delicateness and vitality in Twiggy's music that is well above the usual MOR fare and one wishes her good luck in a field that is, if anything, more volatile and fickle than the modeling and fashion world". Stacie Orrico is the second studio album by American singer Stacie Orrico. It was released by ForeFront Records and Virgin Records on March 25, 2003, in the United States. Initially conceived as a Contemporary Christian music album, much in style of Orrico's debut album Genuine (2000), the album was titled Say It Again and expected to be released in 2002, featuring production by Anthony Dent and Tedd T, among others. Additional recording sessions with mainstream producers Dallas Austin and The Underdogs led to a different musical direction however and resulted in the renaming of the project. Stylistically, the album mixes the singer's native Christian music with more pop and R&B styles, but also features incorporation of teen pop and dance music.

Cassie is the only studio album by American singer Cassie, released on August 8, 2006, by NextSelection Life Group, Bad Boy Records, and Atlantic Records. Cassie was discovered by record producer Ryan Leslie, who helped her record demo tapes. After Cassie was signed by Diddy, the founder of Bad Boy Records, she continued to work with Leslie who produced the entire album. Thaddis Laphonia "Kuk" Harrell is an American songwriter, vocal producer, arranger and engineer. He was a member of a songwriting–production team composed of himself, Christopher "Tricky" Stewart and Terius "The-Dream" Nash. In 2011, Kuk Harrell and partner Tricky Stewart joined the ranks of Fox's American Idol along with music mogul Jimmy Iovine, producing many of the songs performed on television by the contestants and released via iTunes. 2011 marked the highly anticipated return of Jennifer Lopez and her album LOVE? in which Kuk served as Album Vocal Producer. Earning his fourth Grammy for the vocal production of Rihanna's No. 1 Billboard Single "Only Girl ", Harrell is also the vocal producer and co-writer of Rihanna's Grammy-winning single "Umbrella". A composer and engineer on Beyoncé's chart topping "Single Ladies " from the album I Am... Sasha Fierce, he is also vocal producer and engineer of the Diane Warren-penned "I Was Here" from Beyoncé's 2011 album 4. He also produced the majority of the vocals on Mary J. Blige's Platinum album Growing Pains, which won the 2008 Grammy for Best Contemporary R&B Album. It is Cher's first album in five years, following Closer to the Truth (2013). The album contains cover versions of songs recorded by Swedish pop group ABBA, with the title referencing their 1976 song "Dancing Queen". The album follows Cher's appearance in the 2018 musical film Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again, based on the music of ABBA.
