They finished the season 19-14, 9-9 in Big 12 Play to have a two-way tie for 5th place. They defeated Baylor in the quarterfinals of the Big 12 Tournament before losing to Kansas in the semifinals. They received an at-large bid to the NCAA Tournament where they were eliminated in the First Round by Pittsburgh.
