United Kingdom is a cultural pavilion representing the four countries within the island country of the same name (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) as part of the World Showcase area of EPCOT at the Walt Disney World Resort near Orlando, Florida. It is located between the France and Canada pavilions along the World Showcase Lagoon.
The buildings in the United Kingdom Pavilion represent the architectural history of the United Kingdom, ranging from a building inspired by Hampton Court Palace to another inspired by Anne Hathaway's Cottage. [1] There are also Tudor, Georgian and Victorian styles present. There are English Gardens which include a hedge maze and a band stand.
The shops sell British items such as tea, biscuits, toys, clothing, sports apparel and Beatles merchandise.
Gilbert-Scott telephone boxes line a rose garden near the pavilion's restrooms and there is often a direct connection on these phones to a similar box in the Canada pavilion nearby. [2]
A band called the British Revolution performs British rock music covers from acts such as the Police, the Rolling Stones, the Beatles, Blur and Led Zeppelin.
At the 2019 D23 Expo, an expansion to the Pavilion based on the Disney Mary Poppins films was announced with a new neighborhood based on Cherry Tree Lane, serving as the façade for a Mary Poppins attraction. But the project was postponed indefinitely due to the COVID-19 pandemic. [3] In 2023, the concept art and plans for the attraction were leaked on a former Imagineer's portfolio indicating the attraction would be an indoor teacups experience taking design cues from Mary Poppins Returns . The Walt Disney World Monorail System is a public transit monorail in operation at the Walt Disney World Resort in Bay Lake, Florida, near Orlando. The resort operates twelve Mark VI monorail trains on three lines of service. The monorail system opened in 1971 with two routes and with Mark IV monorail trains. It was expanded to three lines in 1982, and the rolling stock was updated to Mark VI trains in 1989.
The Seas with Nemo & Friends is a pavilion and aquarium located in the World Nature section of Epcot, a theme park at the Walt Disney World Resort in Bay Lake, Florida. The pavilion is themed as an oceanic exploration base called SeaBase Alpha, with several exhibits devoted to oceanic study. The building includes an aquarium and its attached dark ride attraction, a talk show-type attraction called Turtle Talk with Crush, and the Coral Reef Restaurant. With 5.7 million US gallons of tank volume, the pavilion is also the second-largest aquarium in the U.S. and the sixth-largest in the world.
The Land is a pavilion located in the World Nature neighborhood of Epcot, a theme park at the Walt Disney World Resort in Bay Lake, Florida. The pavilion is dedicated to human interaction with the Earth, focusing on agriculture, conservation, and travel. It opened on October 1, 1982, as part of the Phase I features for the grand opening of what was then known as EPCOT Center. It explores how humans can both use the land for their benefit, and how they can also destroy it. Future Technology in better preserving the land is also explored in the pavilion, along with a focus on the celebration of the land itself.
Impressions de France is a film about France and the featured attraction in the France Pavilion of Epcot's World Showcase at Walt Disney World in Florida. The movie is presented in the Palais du Cinéma building and projected onto five adjacent screens, giving 200° coverage and resembling a Cinerama Screen, in which one giant, curved screen stretches so wide that the edges are at the peripheral vision of the average person, unlike Circle-Vision 360° found at the Canada pavilion and the China pavilion.
WestCOT was a planned second theme park for the Disneyland Resort in Anaheim, California. It was essentially a replica of EPCOT Center at the Walt Disney World Resort in Lake Buena Vista, Florida, and was dedicated to the celebration of human achievement, namely technological innovation and international culture. The park was represented by SpaceStation Earth, a larger version of the geodesic sphere Spaceship Earth featured at EPCOT Center.

Play! is an upcoming pavilion which is set to open in Epcot's World Discovery area. Originally planned to open in 2021, the attraction missed its opening window without any formal announcement of a delay. In January 2023, Play! was removed from EPCOT guide maps following over three years without the attraction being mentioned by Disney. Later that month, Disney officially announced that the attraction's concept was being reevaluated. As originally announced, Play was set to be constructed within the former Wonders of Life pavilion and themed as an interactive futuristic city where guests would be able to interact with a variety of Disney characters.
Remy's Ratatouille Adventure, also known as Ratatouille: L'Aventure Totalement Toquée de Rémy, is a motion-based trackless 3D dark ride, based on the 2007 Disney-Pixar animated film Ratatouille, located at Disney's Walt Disney Studios Park in France by Disneyland Paris and at Disney's France Pavilion at Epcot from Walt Disney World.
