Wonders of Life 1989–2007The pavilion was devoted to health and body related attractions. It also housed the motion simulator ride, Body Wars, Epcot's first thrill ride. It is located inside a golden colored dome between Mission: SPACE and the Universe of Energy.ClosedFrom 2007 to 2017 the space was used for special events; attractions within have remained closed and partially removed. The PLAY! Pavilion was supposed to take over the pavilion in World Discovery, but due to budget cuts, the pavilion was postponed indefinitely.
The Living Seas 1986–2005The concept of the building was to take visitors under the ocean to 'Sea Base Alpha'. They would then disembark into the main exhibit area where they could interact with various multimedia displays. The Seas with Nemo & Friends It was changed dramatically after the 2006 rehab. The queue, Hydrolators, The Seas film and Seacab ride were removed for a theme based on Finding Nemo, and the attraction renamed The Seas with Nemo & Friends, which became part of The Seas Pavilion in World Nature.
Horizons 1983–1999Guests visiting the pavilion were advised that "If we can dream it, we can do it." Featuring a series of scenes incorporating Audio-Animatronics figures in futuristic endeavors and its vision of how the future might develop technologically Mission: Space The building was later demolished in 2000 and the site is now home to Mission: Space (in World Discovery).
Journey into Imagination 1983–1998The pavilion housed various attractions, the centerpiece being Journey into Imagination, an Audio-Animatronics ride that taught you about your imagination and how to use it. Imagination! Although the premise has stayed the same, the pavilion has been renamed and all of the original attractions have been removed (in World Celebration).
Magic Journeys 1983–1986A 3-D art film that takes guests through the world of a child's eye.Disney & Pixar Short Film FestivalThis attraction was replaced by Captain EO before it returned to Walt Disney World in the Magic Kingdom theme park in 1987.
Universe of Energy 1982–1996The original attraction featured numerous films that presented information on the subject of energy in a serious fashion as well as a ride through a primeval diorama complete with animatronic dinosaurs. Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind The show building was gutted and rebuilt, but the overall foundation and original structure remained. The attraction became Wonders of Xandar Pavilion, as EPCOT's very first Other-World Showcase Pavilion (in World Discovery).
World of Motion 1982–1996It was a whimsical look at the history and achievements in transportation ranging from cavemen having to use foot power, the invention of the wheel, Leonardo da Vinci's plans for gliders and flying machines, Christopher Columbus setting sail for America, and the first automobiles. Test Track The World of Motion building was kept to house a replacement attraction, Test Track (in World Discovery).
CommuniCore 1982–1994The pavilion served as EPCOT Center's version of Main Street, U.S.A., as it brought together nearly all of the sponsors in the surrounding pavilions under one roof to serve as a supplemental experience to the overall visit to Future World. Innoventions The pavilions reopened as Innoventions in 1994 when all new exhibits were installed. The east side currently houses the Creations Shop, the new location for Club Cool and a new restaurant called Connections Café and Connections Eatery in World Celebration, while the west side of Innoventions was demolished in 2019 to make space for Journey of Water in World Nature.
The Land 1982–presentIt explored how humans can both use the land for their benefit, and how they can also destroy it. Ellen's Energy Adventure Universe of Energy 1996–2017A show and ride about energy and how people generate and harvest it. The show is named for its star, Ellen DeGeneres. It also starred Bill Nye 'The Science Guy' and Alex Trebek. It closed on August 13, 2017, to make way for Wonders of Xandar Pavilion attraction (which includes the ride, Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind) in World Discovery.
Honey, I Shrunk the Audience! Imagination! 1994–2010A 3-D show that was part of the Honey, I Shrunk the Kids franchise. It closed in June 2010 to make way for the return of Captain EO .
Captain EO 1986–1994; 2010–2015A 3-D show starring Michael Jackson as a commander of a crew of misfits. It originally closed in 1994, but came back for a second stint after Michael Jackson's death as a tribute before being closed permanently on December 6, 2015. It was replaced by Disney & Pixar Short Film Festival.
Journey into YOUR Imagination 1999–2001This version of the ride removed Dreamfinder and downplayed Figment's role. The ride was more closely tied to the film Honey, I Shrunk the Audience! (which played in the pavilion's Magic Eye Theater), by re-theming the ride as a trip to the Imagination Institute and casting Eric Idle as his character from the 3D film. Reception of this version of the ride was highly negative, and after only 2 years of operation, the attraction closed for another refurbishment.
Millennium Village World ShowPlace 1999–2001The centerpiece of Disney's Millennium Celebration. The 60,000-square-foot (5,600 m2) pavilion opened up its doors to the public on October 1, 1999, and was closed down on January 1, 2001. It is, however, used on occasion. Along with the Odyssey Restaurant, the Millennium Village (now named "World ShowPlace") is used in the Epcot Food and Wine Festival.

Soarin', also known as Soarin' Over California, Soarin' Around the World, Soaring Over the Horizon and Soaring: Fantastic Flight, is a flight motion simulator attraction at Disney California Adventure, Epcot, Shanghai Disneyland, and Tokyo DisneySea. It employs a mechanical lift system, a projected presentation on an 80 ft (24 m) concave 180-degree dome screen, and artificial scents and wind to simulate a hang gliding flight over locations in six of the world's continents. Many consider it the first flying theater.

Tomorrowland is one of the many "themed lands" featured at all of the Magic Kingdom styled Disney theme parks around the world owned or licensed by The Walt Disney Company. Each version of the land is different and features numerous attractions that depict views of the future. Disneyland Park in Paris includes a similar area called Discoveryland, which shares some elements with other Tomorrowlands but emphasizes visions of the future inspired by Jules Verne.

The Tapestry of Nations was a parade at the Epcot theme park in Walt Disney World, Florida, United States, that ran around the World Showcase Lagoon from 1999 to 2001, after which it was rethemed as Tapestry of Dreams. The parade had a unity and world peace theme and featured a variety of large puppets and massive rotating drum units with drummers dressed like kings. The puppets were designed by Michael Curry who also designed the puppets for The Lion King on Broadway and a variety of Disney theme park shows. The leader of the parade was the Sage of Time, who was represented as a stilt walker in an elaborate costume featuring alchemy symbols, gold trim on a white robe, a staff, and a headpiece resembling a sun with a face.

<i>Epcot Forever</i> Epcot fireworks show, 2019–2023

Epcot Forever was a limited-time fireworks show that premiered on October 1, 2019, at Epcot. Epcot Forever served as an interim replacement for IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth until its long-term replacement, Harmonious, premiered in 2021. It took the form of a celebration of Epcot's musical history. The show celebrated the park's 37-year history, featuring fireworks, music, lighting, lasers, and special effects kites set to new arrangements of music originating from some of the park's classic attractions, such as Journey Into Imagination, Spaceship Earth, Soarin', Tapestry of Nations and Universe of Energy. The show was also made to celebrate the past, present, and future of Epcot.

<i>Harmonious</i> (Epcot) Epcot nighttime show, 2021–2023

Harmonious was a multimedia, fireworks-based nighttime spectacular at EPCOT at Walt Disney World Resort in Bay Lake, Florida. Intended as the long-term replacement for IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth, Harmonious showcased and celebrated the cultures and stories of the world that have inspired various Disney films and music, and how it can unite us all, overcoming any language or border. The show utilized pyrotechnics, choreographed water fountains, water curtains, lasers, searchlights, and LED screens to present a 360° audio-visual experience on the park's World Showcase Lagoon. The primary show equipment was notably housed on a collective of floating barges that were permanently moored at the center of the lagoon. Before its retirement, Harmonious was described as the largest nighttime spectacular ever created by Disney Live Entertainment.

Remy's Ratatouille Adventure, also known as Ratatouille: L'Aventure Totalement Toquée de Rémy, is a motion-based trackless 3D dark ride, based on the 2007 Disney-Pixar animated film Ratatouille, located at Disneyland Paris's Walt Disney Studios Park in France and at Walt Disney World's France Pavilion at Epcot.

The Super Bowl XXXIV halftime show occurred on January 30, 2000, at the Georgia Dome in Atlanta, Georgia as part of Super Bowl XXXIV. It was sponsored by E-Trade and produced by The Walt Disney Company. The show was named after and imitates the Tapestry of Nations, a parade at Epcot, a theme park in Florida, and was directed by Gary Paben who directed the original parade. The show was narrated by Mexican-American actor Edward James Olmos and featured performances by singers Christina Aguilera, Enrique Iglesias, Phil Collins, and Toni Braxton, with additional numbers performed by a choir and a full symphony orchestra conducted by Steven Byess.
