The Urban Spotlight Arcade (Chinese :城市光廊; pinyin :Chéngshì Guāng Láng) is located at Central Park, Cianjin District, Kaohsiung, Taiwan. It spans from the roundabout of Wu-Fu 3rd Road and Chung-Hua Road to the intersection of Wu-Fu 3rd Road and Chung-Shan road. It is famous for its light decoration in the evening. The nearby shopping area Shinkuchan attracts many fashion lovers and fun seekers.
The venue is accessible from Central Park Station of Kaohsiung MRT.

Kaohsiung is a coastal city in southern Taiwan. It is officially a special municipality with an area of 2,952 km2 (1,140 sq mi) stretching from the coastal urban centre to the rural Yushan Range. These three units used to be the main economic driving force, but their importance seems to diminish gradually as Fongshan has established itself as a conjunction between Pingtung City and Kaohsiung.

Han Kuo-yu, also known by his English name Daniel Han, is a Taiwanese politician. He was a member of the Legislative Yuan from 1993 to 2002, representing a portion of Taipei County for three terms. He later became general manager of Taipei Agricultural Products Marketing Corporation. In 2017, Han contested the Kuomintang chairmanship, losing to Wu Den-yih. Han was elected Mayor of Kaohsiung in November 2018, and became the first Kuomintang politician since Wu in 1998 to hold the office.
