Varibaculum cambriense is a Gram-positive and anaerobic bacterium from the genus of Varibaculum which has been isolated from a human postauricular abscess. [2] [3] [4]
Mycobacterium caprae is a species of bacteria in the genus Mycobacterium and a member of the Mycobacterium tuberculosis complex. The species is named after the caprines, the organisms from which M. caprae was first isolated. Prior to 2003, the species was referred to as Mycobacterium tuberculosis subsp. caprae. It is also synonymous with the name Mycobacterium bovis subsp. caprae.
Transient receptor potential cation channel, subfamily C, member 6, also known as TRPC6, is a human gene encoding a protein of the same name. TRPC6 is a transient receptor potential channel of the classical TRPC subfamily. It has been associated with depression and anxiety, as well as with focal segmental glomerulosclerosis (FSGS).
Transient receptor potential cation channel, subfamily C, member 2, also known as TRPC2, is a protein that in humans is encoded by the TRPC2 pseudogene. This protein is not expressed in humans but is in certain other species such as mouse.
5'-AMP-activated protein kinase subunit beta-2 is an enzyme that in humans is encoded by the PRKAB2 gene.
Cellular nucleic acid-binding protein is a protein that in humans is encoded by the CNBP gene.
Eukaryotic translation initiation factor 3 subunit F (eIF3f) is a protein that in humans is encoded by the EIF3F gene.
Cytoplasmic dynein 1 intermediate chain 1 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the DYNC1I1 gene.
ETS homologous factor is a protein that in humans is encoded by the EHF gene. This gene encodes a protein that belongs to an ETS transcription factor subfamily characterized by epithelial-specific expression (ESEs). The encoded protein acts as a transcriptional repressor and may be associated with asthma susceptibility. This protein may be involved in epithelial differentiation and carcinogenesis.
Actin-related protein 2/3 complex subunit 1A is a protein that in humans is encoded by the ARPC1A gene.
Serine/threonine-protein kinase PFTAIRE-1 is an enzyme that in humans is encoded by the PFTK1 gene.
5'-AMP-activated protein kinase subunit gamma-3 is an enzyme that in humans is encoded by the PRKAG3 gene.
28S ribosomal protein S24, mitochondrial is a protein that in humans is encoded by the MRPS24 gene.
Heat shock 70 kDa protein 4L is a protein that in humans is encoded by the HSPA4L gene.
Keratin, type I cuticular Ha3-II is a protein that in humans is encoded by the KRT33B gene.
3F8 is a murine IgG3 monoclonal antibody which binds to GD2.
Keratin, type I cuticular Ha3-I is a protein that in humans is encoded by the KRT33A gene.
Keratin, type I cuticular Ha4 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the KRT34 gene.
Keratin, type I cuticular Ha6 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the KRT36 gene.
Varibaculum is a Gram-positive, facultatively anaerobic, non-spore-forming and non-motile genus of bacteria from the family of Actinomycetaceae.
Varibaculum anthropi is a Gram-positive and strictly anaerobic bacterium from the genus of Varibaculum which has been isolated from human urine from Gothenburg in Sweden.
