The WDF Virtual Cup was the first and only edition organised by the World Darts Federation, when the coronavirus pandemic stopped the organization of many international tournaments. [1] [2]

Contents

Member countries may select two men and two women to compete in this event. All matches will be played online and participating players will need one device to keep score, one device with camera to show dartboards, reliable WiFi internet access, DartConnect membership and Skype account. The Virtual Cup will have men's and women's singles competitions composed of group-stage with the top four of each group advancing to a knock-out stage. [1]

The British Darts Organisation (BDO) was a darts organisation founded on 7 January 1973 by Olly Croft. Fallon Sherrock is an English professional darts player who plays in World Darts Federation (WDF) and Professional Darts Corporation (PDC) events. Born in Milton Keynes, Sherrock reached the final of the 2015 BDO Women's World Darts Championship, where she was runner-up to Lisa Ashton.

The Six Nations Cup is an international darts team competition currently organised by the English Darts Organisation (EDO), run under the auspices of the British Darts Organisation (BDO). It is competed for by the national teams of England, the Netherlands, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Scotland and Wales.

The 2020 BDO World Professional Darts Championship was the 43rd and final World Championship organised by the British Darts Organisation, and the only staging at the Indigo at The O2 in London. Beau Greaves is an English darts player who currently plays in the World Darts Federation (WDF) and Professional Darts Corporation (PDC) events. She is the current World Darts Federation women's world champion, having won the 2022 WDF World Darts Championship. She is also a WDF Europe Cup Champion.

The 2019 One80 L-style World Masters was a major tournament on the BDO/WDF calendar for 2019. It took place from 23 to 28 October at the Circus Tavern in Purfleet, Essex, which hosted the PDC World Darts Championship from 1994 to 2007.

The 2022 Lakeside WDF World Championship was the first World Championship organised by the World Darts Federation. The tournament was held at the Lakeside Country Club in Frimley Green, Surrey, which hosted the now-defunct BDO World Darts Championship from 1986 to 2019.
