WVRC Media is a media corporation comprising radio stations and two radio networks based in the state of West Virginia. The company was known as the West Virginia Radio Corporation prior to a December 2021 rebranding. [2]

The company is controlled by Greer Industries and its owners, the Raese family.

It was founded by Herbert and Agnes Greer, who signed on WAJR in 1940. Since 1972, John Raese and his two brothers have controlled the company; they are Herbert and Agnes' grandsons.

The Dominion Post is the only commercial daily newspaper in Morgantown, West Virginia. It formed from the merger of the Morgantown New Dominion and the Morgantown News into the Morgantown Dominion-News which, in turn, merged with the Morgantown Post. The term New Dominion was a reference to Virginia's state nickname of "Old Dominion", referencing the separation of West Virginia from Virginia in 1863.

West Virginia MetroNews is a radio network heard on many radio stations throughout the State of West Virginia. The network is owned by the West Virginia Radio Corporation. West Virginia MetroNews offers a mix of news and talk. It held the rights to live play-by-play coverage of West Virginia University Mountaineers sports games, which it marketed under the DBA name "Mountaineer Sports Network", but lost these rights following the end of the 2012/13 basketball season. The network also provides coverage of select high school football and basketball games that happen in West Virginia.
