Yukio Stinson Peter is a weightlifter from Nauru.
Damon Joseph Kelly is an Australian weightlifter who competed at the 2008 Olympic Games finishing ninth. Damon recorded lifts of 165 kg in the Snatch and 221 kg in the Clean and Jerk with a total of 386 kg. He was the biggest member of the Australian Olympic Team and was Australia's only male weightlifter at the Games, having secured the sole position with a personal best lift on his final attempt at the Olympic Nomination Trials.
Ele Opeloge is a Samoan weightlifter. She was the first Samoan to win an Olympic medal, winning silver in the women's +75 kg category at the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games.
Nauru took part in the 2010 Commonwealth Games in Delhi, sending six athletes to compete in boxing and weightlifting. Zoe Smith is an English weightlifter. In October 2010 she won a bronze medal in the women's 58 kg division at the 2010 Commonwealth Games in Delhi, India, her first senior international competition, to become the first English woman to win a Commonwealth Games weightlifting medal. Smith competed at the 2012 Summer Olympics in London and finished 12th in the Women's 58 kg division. After missing the 2016 Summer Olympics following an injury, she finished eighth in the 59 kg at the 2020 Summer Olympics. At the 2023 European Weightlifting Championships she won the gold in Clean and Jerk and the bronze in the 64 kg total category. She failed to qualify for the 2024 Summer Olympics.

Helena Wong Kar Mun is a Singapore weightlifter. Wong competes in the female 53 kg weight class. She debuted at the 2010 Commonwealth Games which was held in Delhi in Oct 2010. She made history at the Games by becoming the first ever woman weightlifter to be selected by Singapore to take part in a major athletic event. She was placed 8th at the Games, her first international competition.

Clementina Ciana Agricole is a Seychellois female weightlifter, competing in the 58 kg (128 lb) and 63 kg (139 lb) category and representing Seychelles at international competitions. She competed at world championships, including at the 2015 World Weightlifting Championships. She won the bronze medal at the 2016 African Weightlifting Championships.
Augustina Nwaokolo is a Nigerian weightlifter. She competed in the women's 48 kg event at the 2014 Commonwealth Games where she won a gold medal. Augustina Nwaokolo won the first gold medal of the games which see her setting a new Games record of 175 kg after lifting 77 kg in the snatch and 98 kg in the clean and jerk. This saw her became the first Nigerian teenage weightlifter to achieve that in an International competitions and the Commonwealth Games. The event took place at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium.
Onyeka Azike is a Nigerian weightlifter. She competed in the 2006 Commonwealth Games, won a silver medal in the women's 53 kg division at the 2006 Commonwealth Games in Melbourne, Australia, and won a gold medal in the 58 kg weightlifting category of the 2007 All Africa Games in Algeria.
