The White Night World Tour is the second world tour by South Korean singer Taeyang. The tour began in Japan with four stadium shows [1] and is set to visit 19 cities around the world. [2]
In Asia, it was announced through YGEX that Taeyang will go on a stadium tour in Japan on March 31, with two shows set to be in Chiba Marine Stadium. [3] [4] On April 21, two new shows were announced on Kobe Sports Park Baseball Stadium, with 140,000 fans are expected to come from 4 shows. [5] His labelmates Winner performed as the opening act for the shows in Chiba on July 8 and 9, while Blackpink opened for him for Kobe shows. [6] [7] On July 6, Taeyang announced via his Instagram two shows in Seoul, on August 26 and 27. [8] The rest of Asia leg was announced on August 10, and to visit 8 countries including Philippines, Hong Kong, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, Macau, Singapore, and Taiwan. [9] [10]
On July 4, it was confirmed that the tour will be a full-scale world tour, [11] and would visit 19 cities around the world. [2] The North America shows were announced on July 12, and set to visit 8 cities with 2 stops in Canada and 6 in the United States. [1] On July 28, the concert in Los Angeles was rescheduled from September 13 to 12, and the venue was changed from Hollywood Palladium to The Wiltern. [12] The show in Vancouver was sold out. Due to high demand, a second show was added on September 14. [13]

BigBang is a South Korean boy band formed by YG Entertainment. The group consists of three members: G-Dragon, Taeyang, and Daesung. Originally a five-piece band, Seungri retired from the entertainment industry in March 2019 and T.O.P left in May 2023. Dubbed the "Kings of K-pop", they helped spread the Korean Wave internationally and are considered one of the most influential acts in K-pop. They are known for their trendsetting musical experimentation, self-production, and stage presence.
Dong Young-bae, better known by his stage name Taeyang or SOL, is a South Korean singer. He made his debut in 2006 as a member of the South Korean boy band BigBang. Following the release of several albums and extended plays with his group, Taeyang pursued a solo career in 2008, releasing his first extended play, Hot. The EP was acclaimed by critics and went to win the award for Best R&B & Soul Album at the 6th Korean Music Awards. Hot was followed by his first full-length studio album Solar (2010), which was released in July 2010 and peaked atop the Gaon Album Chart.
Kang Dae-sung, better known mononymously as Daesung and his Japanese stage name D-Lite, is a South Korean singer who made his musical debut in 2006 as a member of the South Korean boy band Big Bang. He debuted as a solo artist in South Korea with the number one trot song "Look at Me, Gwisoon" in 2008. Since the inception of the Gaon Digital Chart in 2010, Daesung achieved two Top 10 songs, the digital single "Cotton Candy" and "Wings" from the BigBang album Alive (2012).
South Korean singer Taeyang began his career as the main vocalist of the K-Pop and hip-hop group Big Bang. His first solo single was "My Girl", included in BigBang's debut album Big Bang Vol.1 (2006). His first extended play, Hot (2008) yielded the chart-topper single "Only Look at Me". His first full-length album, Solar was released in July 2010 and became the first by an Asian artist to top iTunes charts in North America, in addition to peaking atop the Gaon Albums Chart.
Rise is the second studio album by South Korean recording artist Taeyang, member of the boy group Big Bang. It is his first album in four years since Solar in 2010. Rise became the third highest charting K-pop album, and also the highest charting K-pop album by a Korean soloist on the Billboard 200 chart by debuting at number 112, number one on the Billboard World Albums Chart, number one on Heatseekers Albums Chart. The album also debuted at number one on the Gaon Album Chart. A Japanese edition of Rise was packaged as part of Taeyang's Japanese debut album, Rise + Solar & Hot, on August 13, 2014.
"Ringa Linga" is a song recorded by South Korean singer Taeyang. It was released as a digital single on November 8, 2013, through YG Entertainment. Later, it became the first single to be released from his second studio album Rise (2014). It was written and composed by Big Bang bandmate G-Dragon and Shockbit.
The Japan Dome Tour was the fourth concert tour in Japan and seventh overall by South Korean band Big Bang. The tour visited six of Japan's major concert domes, making BigBang the first foreign artists to headline their own six-dome tour. The tour was one of the country's highest-grossing concert tours of the year, and grossed over US$70.6 million from sixteen shows, with all of the tickets from the tour being sold out.
The Made World Tour was the second worldwide concert tour and ninth overall by South Korean boy band Big Bang, in support of their third Korean-language studio album Made (2016). The tour began on April 25, 2015, and concluded on March 6, 2016, in Seoul, South Korea. It visited 15 countries including China, Japan, Australia, Mexico, and the United States.
BigBang Fanclub Event ~Fantastic Babys~ is a special fan meeting for BigBang's fan club in Japan, it's started in 2012, with four shows. The last event was held in 2016. All the members of BigBang including, G-Dragon, Sol, V.I and D-Lite attended all shows, except T.O.P who missed all shows, due to other schedules.
0.TO.10 was the tenth concert tour by South Korean boy band Big Bang that was held to celebrate the group's tenth anniversary. The tour visited Japan, South Korea and Hong Kong from July 2016 to January 2017. The shows were live-streamed through theatres in Japan, Tencent QQ in China and Naver's V app. BigBang held 24 concerts in six cities, which attracted more than 1.1 million fans.

The tour began on November 15, 2014 in Nagoya, and concluded on January 18, 2015 in Osaka. The tour made BigBang the first foreign artist to hold five dome arena concerts for two consecutive years. They gathered more than one million Japanese fans in 2014.
The Rise World Tour is the first world tour by South Korean singer Taeyang, in support of his second studio album RISE. The tour started on August 12, 2014 in Osaka, Japan and ended on March 1, 2015 in Taiwan.
"Eyes, Nose, Lips" is a song recorded by South Korean singer Taeyang, serving as the second single for his second studio album Rise (2014). It was co-produced by Teddy Park, Bekuh Boom, Dee.P and P.K, and written by Park and Taeyang. The Power World Tour is the second world tour by South Korean music label YG Entertainment in 2014, the last being the Past, Present & the Future world tour in 2006. The tour marks the entertainment agency's first family concert in two years. The tour kicked off at Kyocera Dome in Osaka, Japan for a two-day performance on April 12 and 13 before visiting other cities in Japan, China and Korea. The tour was officially sponsored by Samsung Galaxy in China, Taiwan and Singapore.
The Last Dance Tour is the sixth concert tour in Japan and eleventh overall by South Korean boy band Big Bang. The tour began on November 18, 2017 in Fukuoka, Japan and concluded on December 31, 2017 in Seoul, South Korea. BigBang broke their own record by being the only foreign act to hold a dome-sized arena tour in Japan for the fifth consecutive year. The oldest member T.O.P did not perform on this tour due to his mandatory military service in South Korea which began in February 2017.
White Night is the third studio album by South Korean singer Taeyang. It was released on August 16, 2017 and is his first album in three years since Rise (2014).
The Great Seungri is the debut Korean studio album by South Korean singer Seungri. It was released on July 20, 2018 by YG Entertainment and Genie Music. It is available in two versions and contains nine tracks, with "1, 2, 3!" as its lead single and "Where R U From" as its subtitle. This is also his final Korean release before his retirement in 2019.
