Whitehill is a residential area in the south west region of Crowborough, in the Wealden district, in the county of East Sussex, England.

History

Historically, Whitehill was called Coldharbour. [1]

In modern times, Whitehill is a residential area which is home to Crowborough War Memorial Hospital.[ citation needed ]

Transport

The A26 runs through Whitehill which leads down to Lewes and up towards Steel Cross, Tunbridge Wells and Tonbridge. Many bus routes pass through the areas and services go towards Uckfield, Crowborough Town Centre and Tunbridge Wells. The 29 Regency Route bus runs through the centre of the village.

Crowborough War Memorial Hospital is here along with many churches such as Crowborough United Church.
