Win Streak is a Taiwanese volleyball team based in Taichung, Taiwan. They compete in the Top Volleyball League.

History

In 2014, the Brilliant Footwear Corporation took part in Top Volleyball League sponsoring Taichung Lien Chuang. However, the team had faced operational issues after the season, forcing the Brilliant Footwear Corporation withdraw their sponsorship to the team . [1]

In 2022, the Brilliant Footwear Corporation chairman Lien Hua-Jung announced their comeback to the Top Volleyball League with a brand new established team, Win Streak. [2] The Win Streak signed Philippines National Team player Bryan Bagunas and Malaysia National Team player Sim Jian Qin in their inaugural season. [3] [4] On March 4, 2023, the Win Streak clinched its first regular season title. [5] On March 27, 2023, the Win Streak won their first champion after defeating Pingtung Taipower in the Finals. [6] On March 31, 2024, the Win Streak won their second consecutive champion. [7]

The China men's national volleyball team represents China in international volleyball competitions and friendly matches, governed by Chinese Volleyball Association. The team competed twice in the Olympic Games, finishing in eighth place at the 1984 Summer Olympics in Los Angeles, California, and fifth place in the 2008 Summer Olympics at home in Beijing. China have been consistently competing the FIVB World Championship, with a best of seventh place in both 1978 and 1982. Alireza Jadidi is an Iranian volleyball player. He played for the first time on a national team and got fifth place in the 2005 FIVB Volleyball Boys' U19 World Championship. In 2007, he was once again invited to the national team by Jovica Cvetković and got first place in the 2007 Asian Youth Boys Volleyball Championship. He won the world championship with a junior volleyball team in 2007 FIVB Volleyball Boys' U19 World Championship, in Mexico. He became Asian champion with Iran team 2008 Asian Junior Men's Volleyball Championship and he was the best blocker at that tournament. In 2009 FIVB Men’s Junior World Championship. Iran finished in seventh place in Pune, India Alireza Jadidi added 12 points in the victory. Jadidi Became the best blocker on the senior team in 2012 Asian Men's Volleyball Cup. He was named 3rd best blocker among world clubs at 2013 FIVB Volleyball Men's Club World Championship, in Brazil. He was chosen as best blocker of Iranian Volleyball Super League for several time years. He was a member of Iran men's national volleyball team.

The 2022–23 Kaohsiung Aquas season was the franchise's 2nd season in the T1 League. The Aquas were coached by Brendan Joyce in his second year as head coach, with Wang De-Yao as their general manager.

The 2022 Asian Men's Volleyball Cup, so-called 2022 AVC Cup for Men was the seventh edition of the Asian Cup, a biennial international volleyball tournament organised by the Asian Volleyball Confederation (AVC) with Thailand Volleyball Association (TVA). The tournament was held at Nakhon Pathom Gymnasium, Nakhon Pathom, Thailand from 7 to 14 August 2022.

The 2023–24 New Taipei Kings season is the franchise's 3rd season, its third season in the P. League+ (PLG), its 3rd in New Taipei City. The Kings are coached by Ryan Marchand in his third year as head coach.

The Popcorn League, also known as the Popcorn Baseball League, is a semi-professional baseball league based in Taiwan. Founded in 2014, the league started out as a summer independent league. After a hiatus from 2015 to 2016, it became a winter league starting in 2017.

The 2022 Taichung Futuro season was the club's 4th season and their 4th season in Taiwan Football Premier League.
