"World Filled with Love" is the fifth UK and the fourth worldwide single from British singer Craig David's second album, Slicker Than Your Average (2002). The song became his first single to miss the UK top 10, breaking his run of 10 consecutive top-10 hits (counting his two Artful Dodger collaborations), peaking at number 15 on the UK Singles Chart. The single was released as the fourth single in both Australia and France. In Australia, it became his second-lowest charting single, whereas in France, it is his lowest-charting. "World Filled with Love" was the final single taken from the album in France. One further single was released in both the UK and Australia.

Born to Do It is the debut studio album by English singer Craig David, released in the United Kingdom on 14 August 2000 by Wildstar Records and in the United States later in 2001 by Atlantic Records. Following exposure from his work with British group Damage, David began performing vocals for garage duo Artful Dodger. During this time, Wildstar Records became aware of David, offering him a development deal before offering an album contract. The recording for the album began in 1999 before David had acquired a record contract, the recording lasted until 2000 and was composed by David himself and Mark Hill.

It peaked at number 4 on the UK Albums Chart, number 5 on the Australian ARIA Albums Chart, and number 32 on the US Billboard 200. It was certified Gold by RIAA in the U.S. and double Platinum by the British Phonographic Industry in the UK. As of November 2013, the album has sold over 3.5 million copies worldwide.

"You Raise Me Up" is a song originally composed by the Norwegian-Irish duo Secret Garden. The music was written by Secret Garden's Rolf Løvland, and the lyrics by Brendan Graham. After the song was performed early in 2002 by the Secret Garden and their invited lead singer, Brian Kennedy, the song only became a minor UK hit. The song has been recorded by more than a hundred other artists including American songwriter Josh Groban in 2003 and Irish boy band Westlife in 2005 whose versions were hits in their countries. Welsh singer Aled Jones and all-female Irish ensemble Celtic Woman have also recorded successful covers.

However, "Don't Love You No More " is his biggest for most consecutive weeks inside the top 75 as "7 Days" had fourteen, before it re-entered for a week. The third single from The Story Goes... was rumoured to be a double A-side of fan-favourites, "Hypnotic" and "Johnny", however it was "Unbelievable" that was chosen. It became one of David's smallest hits to date, peaking at number 18 in the UK. The disappointing performance of the song in the UK, where the first two singles charted in the top five, led "Unbelievable" to be the final single from The Story Goes.... The song was slightly remixed for the single release. Song was written by Eddy Perez but ultimately Craig took credit for it.

The album's fourth single, "Rather Be", features Jess Glynne and topped the UK Singles Chart, the group's first number one on the chart.
