Wuqing railway station is on the Beijing-Tianjin Intercity Railway in Wuqing District, Tianjin, China. It is the only midway stop presently open to intercity railway traffic. The only trains calling at Wuqing are those with train numbers between C2201 and C2268.

Platform 1 is for trains heading to Tianjin, while Platform 2 serves trains to Beijing South. Two tracks run through the centre of the station and are reserved for trains on direct services not calling at this station.

The station building is to the north of the platforms and features a combined ticketing and waiting hall.

Beijing–Kowloon through train

The Beijing–Kowloon through train is an intercity railway service between Hung Hom station in Hong Kong and the Beijing West railway station, jointly operated by the MTR of Hong Kong and China Railway, China's national rail service. The train runs to Beijing and Hong Kong every other day. Services use the East Rail line in Hong Kong, cross the boundary between Hong Kong and mainland China at Lo Wu and then continue along China's railway network via the Guangshen railway and the Jingguang railway to Beijing. Beijingnan railway station is a large railway station in Fengtai District, Beijing, about 7.5 km (4.7 mi) south of central Beijing, between the 2nd and 3rd ring roads. The station in its present form opened on 1 August 2008 and replaced the old Beijing South station, originally known as Majiapu railway station and later renamed Yongdingmen railway station, which stood 500 metres away. The old station was in use from 1897 to 2006.

Tianjin–Baoding intercity railway

Tianjin–Baoding intercity railway, also known as Tianjin-Baoding Passenger Line, is a high-speed railway line connecting Tianjin with Baoding in Hebei province. Starting from Tianjin West railway station and ending at Baoding railway station, the railway length is 158 km (98 mi) and with a maximum design speed of 250 km/h (160 mph). The project was jointly developed by the Ministry of Railways, Tianjin and Hebei Provincial Governments, supplying a total investment of 24 billion yuan. Construction began in March 2010 and the original plan was to be opened to traffic in 2013, however the progress of construction has experienced numerous work stoppages with completion delayed until December 28, 2015. Future high speed rail connections have been proposed such as a branch to the new Beijing Daxing International Airport, allowing this airport to better serve the greater Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.

Beijing–Tangshan intercity railway is a high-speed railway connecting Beijing and Tangshan in eastern Hebei. Construction on the railway was originally scheduled to start in 2009 but the completion has been delayed after a nationwide rail review following the 2011 Wenzhou Rail Incident. Construction was eventually started on December 29, 2015. From Beijing Sub-Center railway station to Baodi South railway station, the Beijing–Binhai intercity railway will share its northern segment with the Beijing–Tangshan intercity railway before continuing southeast-ward to Binhai West railway station.

Beijing–Binhai intercity railway, also known as the Second Beijing–Tianjin intercity railway, is a new high-speed railway located between the municipalities of Beijing and Tianjin. It will run from Beijing Sub-Center railway station to Binhai West railway station in Binhai New Area of Tianjin. The first half of this project will be built as part of the Beijing–Tangshan intercity railway. From Baodi South railway station onwards the line will branch south along new trackage to Tianjin.
