Hangzhou Metro is a metro system that serves the Chinese city of Hangzhou and surrounding suburbs. The system opened on November 24, 2012, with major expansion plans still ongoing, including a connection to neighboring Shaoxing which is building its own metro. It is the 17th city in China to operate a rapid transit system.
Chengdu Metro is the rapid transit system of Chengdu, the capital of Sichuan Province, China. The system has six lines in operation. Line 1 was opened on 27 September 2010, making it the first heavy-rail metro line in southwest China. ; and Line 2 began operations in September 2012. Line 4 opened to public at the end of December 2015, while Line 3 opened in July 2016. Metro lines are operated by Chengdu Metro Limited Liability Company. Commuter rail lines such as the Chengdu–Dujiangyan intercity railway are operated by Chengdu City Commuter Railway Limited Liability Company. It is China's first joint venture between a local government and China's national rail operator. The city and the Ministry of Railways worked together in building metro lines and high speed commuter rail lines. A light rail system northwest of Chengdu began construction at October 2015, and will open to public in 2017. There are currently over 350 km (220 mi) of subway lines under construction in Chengdu.
Line 6 of the Beijing Subway is a rapid transit rail line in Beijing. The line runs from Jin'anqiao in Shijingshan District to Lucheng in Tongzhou District. It serves important residential areas such as Changying, Chaoqing, and Dingfuzhuang, in addition to important commercial and business areas such as Financial Street, Beijing CBD and the sub-administrative center in Tongzhou District.
Dashadi Station, formerly Gangwanlu Station (港湾路站) during planning, is a station on Line 5 of the Guangzhou Metro. It is located underground the junction of West Dashadi Road (大沙地西路) and Gangwan Road (港湾路), in the Huangpu District of Guangzhou, near Huangpu Police Station, Dashadi Shopping City and Huangpu Commercial City. It opened in December 2009.
Line 18 is a Shanghai Metro line that has been under construction since May 12, 2016 with an expected completion date in 2020. The planned 44.6 km (27.7 mi) line with 30 stations will start from Changbei Road, Baoshan District, via Longyang Road to Hangtou Town, Pudong District. Line 18 will feature transfer points to lines 1, 2, 3, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14 and 16. The first phase will be 36.13 km (22.45 mi) long and run from South Changjiang Road station to Hangtou with 26 stations. The second phase is planned to extend the line northwest 7 km (4.3 mi) and add five new stations. Proposals to extend the line further west are under consideration.
Shenzhen Metro Line 1, runs West–East from Airport East to Luohu. Trains operate at 3 to 4 minute frequency during peak hours and 5 to 6 minute frequencies at other times. It is the most heavily used metro line on the Shenzhen Metro serving an average of 960,000 people daily. Line 1 is shown as green on maps, however the band on both sides of the trains is coloured red.
The Line 1 of Wuhan Metro is an elevated metro line in the city of Wuhan, Hubei. It is the longest continuous metro viaduct in the world. Line 1 opened on 28 July 2004, making Wuhan the fifth city in mainland China to have a metro system after Beijing, Tianjin, Shanghai, Guangzhou. This is the first Metro line in China wrongly referred to as a light rail line in Chinese terminology because it is elevated. Originally a branch line was planned to cross the Yangtze to Wuchang District via the Second Wuhan Yangtze River Bridge. The Second Wuhan River Bridge even had a provision in the central median where Line 1 trains would run in anticipation for the branch line when it opened in 1995. However by 2003 the reservation was removed to allow for more traffic lanes when the bridge was undergoing renovation.
Lanzhou Metro or Lanzhou Rail Transit is a rapid transit system under construction in Lanzhou, Gansu. The vision for the Lanzhou Metro includes three urban metro lines totaling 90 kilometers (56 mi), and two 117-kilometer (73 mi) suburban rail lines. Due to the urban geography of Lanzhou following a river valley, most of the urban rail network will run east-west parallel to the Yellow River. The two regional lines will connect the main urban centre with Lanzhou Zhongchuan Airport, Yuzhong county and Gaolan county. The first two lines will cost about 23 billion yuan and be completed by 2020.
Daxinggong station, is an interchange station of Line 2 and Line 3 of the Nanjing Metro. It started operations on 28 May 2010 along with the rest of Line 2. The interchange with Line 3 opened along with the rest of that line on 1 April 2015.
Xunlimen Station is an interchange station between Line 1 and Line 2 of the Wuhan Metro. It entered revenue service along with the completion of Line 1 on July 28, 2004. The Line 2 platforms opened on December 28, 2012. It is located between Jianghan District and Jiangan District.
Changgang Road Station, is a station of Line 2 of Wuhan Metro. It entered revenue service on December 28, 2012. It is located in Jianghan District. The old name is Jinse Yayuan Station.
Jianghan Road Station, is an interchange station and Line 2 and Line 6 of the Wuhan Metro. It entered revenue service on December 28, 2012. It is located in Jianghan District.
Xiaoguishan Stationп, is a station of Line 2 of Wuhan Metro. It entered revenue service on December 28, 2012. It is located in Wuchang District. The previous name is South Tiyu Road Station.
Hongshan Square Station, is a interchange station of Line 2 and Line 4 of Wuhan Metro. It entered revenue service on December 28, 2012. It is located in Wuchang District.
Zhongnan Road Station, is a interchange station of Line 2 and Line 4 of Wuhan Metro. It entered revenue service on December 28, 2012. It is located in Wuchang District.
The Line 3 of Wuhan Metro is a metro line in Wuhan.. This line crosses five districts of Wuhan: Jiang'an District, Jianghan District, Qiaokou District, Hanyang District and Hannan District, and is the first line to cross the Han River. It started operation on December 28, 2015.
Xuzhuang/Suning HQ station, also known simply as Xuzhuang station is a station on Line 4 of the Nanjing Metro. It opened on January 18, 2017 alongside seventeen other stations as part of Line 4's first phase. The station is oriented on an east–west axis, underneath Suning Avenue and Donglai Street. The station is named after the nearby Xuzhuang Software Park and the headquarters of Suning Commerce Group, a Nanjing-based company. A mural inside the station's mezzanine level depicts the software and technology industry of the titular software park.
Banqiao Station is a station of Line 7 on the Guangzhou Metro, formerly known as Nancun Station (南村站) during its planning stages. The station is situated near Agile Beiyuan (雅居乐北苑), located in Panyu District, Guangzhou. It began operations on 28 December 2016.
