Pasay's at-large congressional district is the sole congressional district of the Philippines in the city of Pasay. It has been represented in the House of Representatives of the Philippines since 1987 and earlier in the Batasang Pambansa from 1984 to 1986. Pasay first elected a single representative city-wide at-large for the Regular Batasang Pambansa following the 1984 Philippine constitutional plebiscite that amended the 1973 constitution and abolished the regional at-large assembly districts. Before 1973, the city was represented in the national legislatures as part of Rizal's 1st and at-large districts and Manila's at-large district. The district was re-created on February 2, 1987 following the ratification of the 1987 constitution that restored the House of Representatives. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Antonino G. Calixto of the Lakas–CMD.

The province of Zamboanga del Norte was created as a result of the partition of Zamboanga in 1952 and elected its first representative provincewide at-large during the 1953 Philippine House of Representatives elections. Alberto Q. Ubay served as this district's first representative. The district remained a single-member district until the dissolution of the lower house in 1972. It was later absorbed by the multi-member Region IX's at-large district for the national parliament in 1978. In 1984, provincial and city representations were restored and Zamboanga del Norte elected two members for the regular parliament. The district was abolished following the 1987 reapportionment to establish three districts under a new constitution.

Cagayan de Oro's at-large congressional district is an obsolete congressional district that encompassed the entire Cagayan de Oro prior to its 2007 reapportionment that took effect in the same year. It existed from 1984 to 2007, when Cagayan de Oro elected a representative city-wide at-large to the Batasang Pambansa and to the restored House of Representatives. Before 1984 when it was granted its own seat in the regular Batasan assembly as a highly-urbanized city, Cagayan de Oro was represented as part of the multi-member Region X's at-large assembly district for the Interim Batasang Pambansa and was also included in Misamis Oriental's at-large congressional district in the earlier meetings of the Philippine national legislatures from 1931 to 1972. It was last represented by Constantino Jaraula of the Lakas–CMD.
Basilan's at-large congressional district refers to the lone congressional district of the Philippines in the province of Basilan. The province has been represented in the country's national legislatures since 1984. It first elected a representative provincewide at-large during the 1984 Philippine parliamentary election following the restoration of provincial and city district representation in the Batasang Pambansa where Basilan had previously been included in the regionwide representation of Western Mindanao for the interim parliament. The province, created by the 1973 separation from Zamboanga del Sur of the entire island with its two municipal districts and the municipality of Isabela outside its poblacion which was earlier organized as the City of Basilan separated from Zamboanga City, was formerly represented as part of Zamboanga del Sur's, Zamboanga's and Department of Mindanao and Sulu's at-large representations in earlier legislatures. Since the 1987 restoration of Congress following the ratification of a new constitution, Basilan has been entitled to one member in the House of Representatives. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Mujiv Hataman of the Basilan Unity Party (BUP).
Cebu City's at-large congressional district was the city-wide electoral district in Cebu City, Philippines. It elected representatives at-large to the Batasang Pambansa from 1984 to 1986 and earlier to the National Assembly from 1943 to 1944.
