The government of Argentina, within the framework of a federal system, is a presidential representative democratic republic. The President of Argentina is both head of state and head of government. Executive power is exercised by the President. Legislative power is vested in the National Congress. The Judiciary is independent from the Executive and from the Legislature, and is vested in the Supreme Court and the lower national tribunals. From the own government is also called Presidency of the Nation.
The Argentine Federal Police is the national civil police force of the Argentine federal government. The PFA has detachments throughout the country. Until January 1, 2017, it also acted as the local law enforcement agency in the capital, Buenos Aires.
Felipe Solá is an Argentine agricultural engineer and politician. He previously served as Governor of Buenos Aires Province, from 2002 to 2007, and as Minister of Foreign Affairs and Worship under President Alberto Fernández, from 2019 to 2021.
Jorge Enrique Taiana is an Argentine Justicialist Party politician who served as the country's Minister of Defense from 2021 to 2023. Taiana previously served as Foreign Minister in the administrations of President Néstor Kirchner and his successor, Cristina Fernández de Kirchner, from 2005 to 2010, and as a National Senator for Buenos Aires from 2019 to 2021.

Vanesa Raquel Siley is an Argentine lawyer, trade unionist and politician, currently serving as National Deputy representing Buenos Aires Province. A member of the Justicialist Party, Siley was elected in 2017 for the Unidad Ciudadana coalition, and currently sits in the Frente de Todos bloc.
Jorge Emilio Sarghini is an Argentine economist and politician. Historically a member of the Justicialist Party, Sarghini has served in a number of political posts throughout his career, most notably as a member and president of the Buenos Aires Province Chamber of Deputies, as Minister of Economy of Buenos Aires Province during the successive administrations of Eduardo Duhalde and Carlos Ruckauf, and briefly as Secretary of Communications during Duhalde's interim presidency in 2002.
