The 1998 Mosport Festival was a multi-class sports car and GT motor race held at Mosport International Raceway in Bowmanville, Ontario, Canada on August 9, 1998. It was the fifth round of the 1998 Professional SportsCar Racing Championship season. The race was held over a two-hour-and-45-minute time period, during which 128 laps of the 3.9-kilometre circuit were completed for a race distance of 506.544 kilometres.

The race was won by the Dyson Racing team with drivers Butch Leitzinger and James Weaver driving a Riley & Scott Mk III-Ford. It was the 13th and final IMSA GT Championship race held at Mosport, with the championship being replaced by the American Le Mans Series in 1999. [1]

The Crown Royal 200 at the Glen was a Rolex Sports Car Series race held at Watkins Glen International. The race was first run in 1984 by the IMSA GT Championship. The "New York 500" initially was a second Watkins Glen round running for a shorter 500-kilometre (310 mi) distance compared to the Continental, using both classes of competitors. However, in 1986, the race was split into two events, the prototypes retaining the 500 km event, and GT cars given a shorter 300 km (190 mi) race. In 1987 prototypes were dropped entirely, and the race served as a 500 km GT event until 1991. Grand-Am revived the race in 2001, running the event on the same weekend as the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series series' Heluva Good! Sour Cream Dips at The Glen, and using Watkins Glen's short course.

The 2013 Mobil 1 SportsCar Grand Prix was an auto racing event held at Canadian Tire Motorsports Park, Bowmanville, Ontario, Canada from July 19–21, 2013 The race was the fifth round of the 2013 American Le Mans Series season. Muscle Milk Pickett Racing, with drivers Klaus Graf and Lucas Luhr, extended their streak of season victories to four by earning a win with a four lap gap over second place and P2 class winners Level 5 Motorsports. CORE Autosport led the PC category, while Corvette Racing scored their third victory of the season in the GT class. Alex Job Racing won the GTC category, two weeks after badly damaging their car at the previous event in Lime Rock.

The 2014 Mobil 1 SportsCar Grand Prix presented by Hawk Performance was a sports car racing event held at Canadian Tire Motorsport Park near Bowmanville, Ontario on July 13, 2014. The race was the eighth round of the inaugural Tudor United SportsCar Championship, replacing the former American Le Mans Series that previously held the Grand Prix since 1999. The race marked the 29th IMSA sanctioned sports car race held at the facility. Daytona Prototypes were introduced to the race for the first time as part of the development of the United SportsCar Championship.

The 1997 Mosport Festival was a professional sports car racing event held at Mosport International Raceway in Bowmanville, Ontario, Canada on August 29 to the 31st, 1997. It was the seventh round of the 1997 Professional SportsCar Racing Championship season. The weekend featured a separate 1 hour 45 minute, 52 lap Exxon Supreme GT Series race for GT cars on the Saturday and a 2-hour, 86 lap Exxon World SportsCar Championship race for World Sports Cars on the Sunday. The split races were the only time since the 1995 revival of the Mosport IMSA round that the race has gone two instead of three hours.
