The doubles Tournament at the 2007 Internationaux de Strasbourg took place between 21 and 26 May on the outdoor clay courts of the Centre Sportif de Hautepierre in Strasbourg, France. Yan Zi and Zheng Jie won the title, defeating Alicia Molik and Sun Tiantian in the final.

The doubles Tournament at the 2006 Qatar Telecom German Open took place between May 5 and May 13 on the outdoor clay courts of the Rot-Weiss Tennis Club in Berlin, Germany. Yan Zi and Zheng Jie won the title, defeating Elena Dementieva and Flavia Pennetta in the final.

Li Ting and Sun Tiantian were the defending champions and successfully defended their title, by defeating Gisela Dulko and María Sánchez Lorenzo 6–2, 6–2 in the final.
