The 2007 WPS Bathurst 12 Hour was an Australian endurance race for Production Cars, held over a twelve-hour period starting from 5:45am on 8 April 2007 at the Mount Panorama Circuit, Bathurst, New South Wales. It was the fifth Bathurst 12 Hour race and the first to be staged since 1994. [1] It was also the opening round of the 2007 Australian Production Car Championship. [2]
The race was open to Group 3E Series Production Cars and to invited cars not eligible under Group 3E, but otherwise subject to compliance with Group 3E specifications. [3] These included Tarmac Rally Cars built to Modern Tarmac Rally Spec Rules and cars that had competed in the Australian Performance Car Championship and the Australian Production Car Championship in the last five years. [3] After 257 laps and 1596 kilometres of racing, Garry Holt, Paul Morris and Craig Baird claimed victory in a BMW 335i, finishing a minute and 18 seconds ahead of the Subaru Impreza WRX STi of rally drivers Chris Atkinson, Dean Herridge and Cody Crocker.

The Holden Dealer Team (HDT) was Holden's semi-official racing team from 1969 until 1986, primarily contesting Australian Touring Car events but also rallying, rallycross and sports sedans during the 1970s. From 1980 the Holden Dealer Team, by then under the ownership of Peter Brock, diversified into producing modified road-going Commodores and other Holden cars for selected dealers via HDT Special Vehicles.

The 2005 Super Cheap Auto 1000 was an endurance motor race for V8 Supercars. The race was held on 9 October 2005 at the Mount Panorama Circuit just outside Bathurst in New South Wales, Australia and was Round 10 of the 2005 V8 Supercar Championship Series. It was the ninth running of the Australia 1000 race, first held after the organisational split over the Bathurst 1000 that occurred in 1997. It was the 48th in a sequence of endurance races which commenced with the 1960 Armstrong 500 held at Phillip Island and 2005 was the 43rd year in which these races had been run at the Mount Panorama Circuit. It was also the first to be run under new naming rights sponsor, Australian automotive retail chain Super Cheap Auto.
The Bathurst 12 Hour, currently known as the Liqui Moly Bathurst 12 Hour for sponsorship reasons, is an annual endurance race for GT and production cars held at the Mount Panorama Circuit, in Bathurst, Australia. The race was first held in 1991 for Series Production cars and moved to Sydney's Eastern Creek Raceway in 1995 before being discontinued. The race was revived in 2007, again for production cars, before adding a new class for GT3 and other GT cars in 2011. This has led to unprecedented domestic and international exposure for the event. In all, eighteen races have taken place; seventeen at Mount Panorama and one at Eastern Creek Raceway.
The 1999 FAI 1000 was an endurance race for V8 Supercars. The event was held on 14 November 1999 at the Mount Panorama Circuit just outside Bathurst, New South Wales, Australia and was the thirteenth and final round of the 1999 Shell Championship Series. It was the first year that the traditional spring endurance race at Bathurst was part of the Australian Touring Car Championship.

It was staged on 12 December 2010 at the Eastern Creek International Raceway in New South Wales, Australia. Jim Hunter, Barton Mawer and Gavin Bullas won the race at the wheel of a Subaru Impreza WRX STI; completing 249 laps, one more than the second place team of Barry Morcom, Nathan Morcom and Garry Holt, driving a BMW 335i. Third place went to father and son pairing Tony and Klark Quinn, who finished ten laps down from the winners, in a Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution IX.

The event, which was staged at the Mount Panorama Circuit, near Bathurst, New South Wales, Australia, on 10 February 2013, was the eleventh running of the Bathurst 12 Hour. The race also incorporated the opening round of the 2013 Australian GT Championship. The Australian GT Championship was to compete as the first hour only and cars were permitted to enter for only that hour or to cross-enter for both the first hour and continue for the endurance race.
