This article details the 2012 Indian Federation Cup Qualifiers.

Format

The qualifiers will start from 11 September to 16 September 2012 and will consist of 6 teams, 5 of which played in the 2012 I-League 2nd Division Final Round and the other one being HAL Sporting Club who were relegated from the 2011–12 I-League season. [1] All 6 teams are divided into two groups of 3. The top team from each group moves on to the Cup proper. [1]

2013 I-League U20 Sports season

The 2013 I-League U20 was the fifth season of the Indian I-League U20 competition. The season took place during the I-League break between February and March. The tournament began on 6 March in Jamshedpur at the facilities which are currently used by Tata Football Academy. The stadiums were officially announced on 29 January 2013 as the JRD Tata Sports Complex and the Gopal Maidan.

The Indian Super League (ISL) is the men's professional top tier football league in Indian football league system. It is organised by the All India Football Federation (AIFF), and their commercial partners Football Sports Development Limited (FSDL). For sponsorship ties with Hero MotoCorp, it is officially called as Hero Indian Super League.

The 2016–17 I-League U18 was the ninth season of the Indian I-League U18 and the second season of the competition as an under-18 one. The season began on 15 November with 35 teams divided into eight groups across India. The top 12 teams played in the final group stage in which they were divided into three groups of four and the top team from each group, along with the top second place team, went into the semi-finals, followed by the final. AIFF Elite Academy won the title by defeating East Bengal F.C. in the final.

The 2017–18 Indian Super League season was the fourth season of the Indian Super League, one of the top Indian professional football leagues. It was established in 2013. The regular season started on 17 November 2017 and ended on 4 March 2018, The finals began on 7 March 2018, concluding with the final on 17 March 2018. ATK were the defending champions from the 2016 season, however they could not advance to the playoffs. Chennaiyin won their second Indian Super League title by defeating Bengaluru 3–2 in the final.

The competition began with the qualifiers on 15 March 2019 at Kalinga Stadium in Bhubaneshwar and was concluded with the final on 13 April 2019. Bengaluru FC were the defending champions, but lost to Chennai City F.C. in the quarter-finals. FC Goa won the title by defeating Chennaiyin FC 2–1 in the final.

The 2019–20 Indian Super League season was the sixth season of the Indian Super League, one of the top Indian professional football leagues. The regular season began on 20 October 2019 and concluded on 14 March 2020.
