The 2019 OEC Taipei WTA Challenger was a professional tennis tournament played on indoor carpet courts. It was the 12th edition of the tournament and part of the 2019 WTA 125K series, offering a total of $125,000 in prize money. It took place at the Taipei Arena in Taipei, Taiwan, on 11–17 November 2019.
This was the first edition of the event.
Kiki Bertens was the defending champion and successfully defended her title, defeating Elena Rybakina in the final, 6–1, 6–3. This would be Bertens' final WTA Tour singles title before her retirement in July 2021.
Caty McNally and Storm Sanders were the defending champions but chose not to participate.
Erin Routliffe and Aldila Sutjiadi were the defending champions, but both players chose not to participate.
