The top four teams out of the league's eight members met in the double-elimination tournament held at Joe Nathan Field in Stony Brook, New York. [2] The tournament champion, New Jersey Institute of Technology, received the conference's automatic bid into the 2021 NCAA Division I Baseball Tournament.

There was no championship game held in 2021. Per conference policy, NJIT received the league's automatic bid to the NCAA tournament as the lone unbeaten team in the championship after the remainder of the 2021 America East Conference Championship was unable to be completed due to inclement weather.
The Southeastern Conference Baseball Tournament is the conference tournament in baseball for the Southeastern Conference (SEC). It is a double-elimination tournament and seeding is based on regular season records. The winner receives the conference's automatic bid to the NCAA Division I Baseball Tournament. The SEC Tournament champion is separate from the conference champion. The conference championship is determined solely by regular season record.
The 2012 NCAA Division I Women's Lacrosse Championship was the thirty-first annual single-elimination tournament to determine the national championship for National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Division I women's college lacrosse. The tournament began with first-round play on May 12, and concluded with the championship game played at Kenneth P. LaValle Stadium of Stony Brook University in Stony Brook, New York, on May 27, 2012. The Northwestern Wildcats were the 2012 NCAA Tournament champions.

The 2003 America East Conference Baseball Tournament was held from May 22–24 at Centennial Field in Burlington, Vermont. The top four regular season finishers of the league's seven teams qualified for the double-elimination tournament. In the championship game, fourth-seeded Northeastern defeated third-seeded Stony Brook, 11–0, to win its third tournament championship. As a result, Northeastern received the America East's automatic bid to the 2003 NCAA Tournament.
The 1999 America East Conference Baseball Tournament was held from May 21-23 at Frawley Stadium in Wilmington, Delaware. The top four regular season finishers of the league's eight teams qualified for the double-elimination tournament. In the championship game, second-seeded Delaware defeated first-seeded Towson, 6-3, to win its second consecutive and fourth overall tournament championship. As a result, Delaware received the America East's automatic bid to the 1999 NCAA Tournament.
The 1993 North Atlantic Conference Baseball Tournament was held over two weekends, with the final round being played at Delaware Diamond in Newark, Delaware. All eight of the league's teams qualified for the tournament, the format of which was best-of-three quarterfinals and a four-team double-elimination final round. In the championship game, first-seeded Maine defeated fifth-seeded Drexel, 11-1, to win its first tournament championship. As a result, Maine received the North Atlantic's automatic bid to the 1993 NCAA Tournament.
