The 2023 Flower City Union season was the club's second season of existence, and their final in the National Independent Soccer Association (NISA), the third tier of American soccer. The Union's season began on April 1, 2023, and concluded on November 11, 2023.

Contents

The Union finished as champions of the league. Head Coach Jordan Sullivan was the second youngest professional American soccer championship winning coach (since at least 1967)
