The indirect election to the Council of the Republic of Belarus were held on 4 April 2024. [1]
The Council consists of 64 members, and the representation is based geographically; most of the elected members come from civil society organizations, labour collectives and public associations in their jurisdiction. Each of the six oblasts and the capital city of Minsk are represented by eight members, and an additional eight members are appointed by the president.
Overall, 38 men and 18 women were elected to the council, and 15 of the elected members served during previous convocations. [2] [3]

Parliamentary elections were held in Transnistria on 29 November 2015, alongside municipal elections.
Elections to the Supreme Council of Khakassia took place on Common Electoral Day 9 September 2018. The Supreme Council is elected for a term of five years, with parallel voting. 25 seats are elected by proportional representation from party lists with a 5% electoral threshold, the whole Republic forming a single constituency, and another 25 seats are elected in single-member constituencies using the first-past-the-post system.
28th Convocation Republic of Belarus deputies to Local Councils of Deputies elections are elections to Belarus Local Councils to Deputies elections conducted on 18 February 2018. Electoral campaign started in November 2017. Citizens of the respective administrative subdivision elect the council for a term of four years under procedure set within the Electoral Code of Republic of Belarus.
