Óscar Miguel Sevilla Rivera, nicknamed El Niño, is a Spanish-Colombian professional road bicycle racer, who currently rides for UCI Continental team Team Medellín. He is a climber with a pedigree in stage races, having finished in the top ten of the Tour de France and Vuelta a España several times.
Marcos Antonio Serrano Rodríguez is a former professional cyclist from Galicia, Spain. Turning professional in 1994, he joined the Kelme–Xacobeo team and then in 1999 the lottery-sponsored ONCE–Deutsche Bank. He remained part of the same team when in 2004 sponsorship and name passed to Liberty Seguros-Würth and in 2006, as the Astana-Würth Team.
Edgardo Simón is an Argentine professional track and road bicycle racer. He rides for the Ironage-Colner squad, having previously competed for the Real Cycling Team on the UCI America Tour. In 2005, Simon won the UCI America Tour. In 2010 he was granted the Konex Award Merit Diploma as one of the five best cyclist of the last decade in Argentina.
Jaime Alberto Castañeda Ortega is a Colombian professional road bicycle racer, who last rode for UCI Continental team EPM.
Juan Esteban Curuchet is an Argentine road bicycle racer and track cyclist.
Roberto Laiseka Jaio is a Spanish former professional road bicycle racer. He retired in 2006, after 13 seasons as a professional with the Euskaltel–Euskadi team, after he could not recover from a knee injury suffered in the 2006 Giro d'Italia. Over his 13-year career Laiseka only achieved five professional victories, four of them in Grand Tours.
Marlon Alirio Pérez Arango was a Colombian professional road bicycle racer who rode for the UCI ProTour team Caisse d'Epargne. He was stabbed to death at the age of 48.
Juan Fernández Martín is a Spanish former professional road racing cyclist and directeur sportif. During his career, he won four stages at the Vuelta a España, as well as the Mountains classification in 1980. He also finished third in the World Cycling Championships three times and won the Spanish National Road Race Championship in 1980 and 1988.

Diana Carolina Peñuela Martínez is a Colombian racing cyclist, who currently rides for UCI Women's Continental Team DNA Pro Cycling.
Rodrigo Contreras Pinzón is a Colombian cyclist, who currently rides for UCI Continental team Nu Colombia. He previously rode for Etixx–Quick-Step and Astana. In October 2020, he was named in the startlist for the 2020 Giro d'Italia.
Ana Cristina Sanabria Sánchez is a Colombian professional racing cyclist, who rides for UCI Women's Continental Team Colombia Tierra de Atletas–GW–Shimano. She won the Colombian National Time Trial Championships four times, and the Vuelta a Colombia Femenina Oro y Paz in 2016 and 2017.
Christian Leandro Tamayo Saavedra is a Colombian road and track cyclist, who currently rides for UCI Continental team Team Medellín. He competed in the sprint and team sprint event at the 2011 UCI Track Cycling World Championships.
