504 Boyz were an American hip hop group from New Orleans, Louisiana, named for the New Orleans area code.

The original 504 Boyz, Master P (as "Nino Brown"), Mystikal (as "G. Money"), Silkk the Shocker (as "Vito"), C-Murder, and Krazy, released their first album, 'Goodfellas' in 2000. [1] It included the hit single "Wobble Wobble", a "bounce-flavored song" [2] which peaked at #17 in the U.S.[ citation needed ]

In 2002 C-Murder was arrested for murdering a fan [3] and Mystikal for the rape and extortion of his hairdresser. [4] They were replaced by Choppa, Currensy, Magic, and T-Bo on the 2002 album Ballers, which produced a minor hit single Tight Whips.[ citation needed ]

After Hurricane Katrina hit New Orleans in 2005, 504 Boyz released a benefit compilation We Gon Bounce Back, their third and final album. [5]

Percy Robert Miller Sr., known by his stage name Master P, is an American rapper, record producer, record executive, actor and entrepreneur. He is the founder of the record label No Limit Records, which was relaunched as New No Limit Records through Universal Records and Koch Records, and again as Guttar Music Entertainment, and currently, No Limit Forever Records. Michael Lawrence Tyler, better known by his stage name Mystikal, is an American rapper from Louisiana. He initially gained fame in the mid-1990s as an artist under Master P's regionally successful independent label, No Limit Records. Mystikal is known for brash, obstreperous vocal delivery characterized by a distinctive rasp, as well as his 2000 singles: "Shake Ya Ass" and "Danger ". The songs reached number thirteen and fourteen respectively on the Billboard Hot 100 and preceded his fourth album, Let's Get Ready (2000), which topped the Billboard 200 upon release.

McKinley Phipps, Jr., better known simply as Mac, is an American rapper from New Orleans' 3rd Ward. He began rapping as a child, releasing his debut album The Lyrical Midget at the age of 13 in 1990, under the stage name Lil Mac. Mac would eventually sign with Master P's No Limit Records and would grow to be one of the most critically acclaimed artists on the label, both as a solo rapper and as a member of the super group 504 Boyz. Mac released 2 solo albums and 1 album as part of the 504 Boyz on No Limit, including 1998's Shell Shocked, which peaked at #11 on the US Billboard 200.

Craig Stephen Lawson, known professionally as KLC, is an American record producer, DJ, and drummer. He found fame as a member of No Limit Records' in-house production team Beats by the Pound. Since leaving the label, he has been a member of the Medicine Men and has his own record label Overdose Entertainment aka Overdose Empire.

Thuggin' is the second studio album by American rapper, Magic. It was released on August 31, 1999, on No Limit Records and Priority Records. Thuggin' only found minor success compared to his previous album, peaking at number 53 on the Billboard 200 and number 9 on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums. The 504 Boyz, which included Magic, remade Wobble Wobble for their hit single on the album Goodfellas a year later.

Goodfellas is the debut studio album by hip hop group, 504 Boyz, released on May 2, 2000, on No Limit Records and Priority Records. 504 Boyz consisted of Master P, Silkk The Shocker, Mystikal, C-Murder, Mac, Krazy and Magic. It featured production from The Neptunes, Carlos Stephens and Donald XL Robertson. The album features label mates Snoop Dogg, Mercedes, Erica Foxx, Samm, Black Felon/X-Con, Ms Peaches, Mr Marcelo, Jamo, Traci/Baby Girl, D.I.G. and Ghetto Commission, as well as Pusha T, Pharrell and RBX.

"Wobble Wobble" is the debut single by 504 Boyz, released in 2000 from their debut studio album, Goodfellas. The song was produced by Beats by the Pound member Carlos Stephens and featured seven members of the group, Master P, C-Murder, Silkk the Shocker, Mac, Magic, Krazy and Mystikal. The production incorporates elements of the New Orleans hip-hop subgenre of bounce music. The Goodfellas version is a remix, since the original appeared on Magic's album Thuggin' first. The original version, also produced by Carlos Stephens, features a slightly different beat and only features Magic, C-Murder, and Mac.

Carlos Stephens, also known as Clos, is a record producer from New Orleans, Louisiana. He found fame as a member of No Limit Records' in-house production team, Beats by the Pound. He also was the only producer of No Limit to have outside distribution for an artist. Since leaving the label, he has founded his own record label Flame Entertainment. <i>No Limit Greatest Hits</i> 2006 compilation album by Various artists

No Limit Greatest Hits is a 2006 two-disc greatest hits album released on August 1, 2006 by Priority Records. The compilation managed to make it to #56 on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart. Prior to the release of this compilation, No Limit Records went bankrupt in 2003 which resulted in Master P selling the back catalog of the label. Today, EMI owns the No Limit back catalog. Due to no longer owning No Limit, Master P had no involvement in the making of this compilation.

Donavin Rashad Hogan, better known by his stage name D The Business, is an American rapper, actor, entrepreneur, songwriter and real estate agent. D The Business gained fame as a young street rapper in the early 2000s at just 10 years old along with his cousin Romeo Miller after signing with No Limit Records, which was founded by his cousin, Master P. He was one of the only artist featured on Romeo's debut album Lil' Romeo, which charted the US Billboard 200 at number six and went on to be certified gold, selling over 500,000 copies with in a month, which went on to be certified platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA).
