Associazione Sportiva Dilettantistica Unione Polisportiva Comunale Tavagnacco, also known as Graphistudio Tavagnacco for sponsorship reasons, is an Italian women's football club from Tavagnacco, Friuli-Venezia Giulia.
Founded in 1989, by 2001 UPC Tavagnacco reached the Serie A, where it has played since. [2] After struggling to avoid relegation in its first years in Serie A, the club has joined the championship's elite in recent years, ranking between the 2nd and 6th positions since 2007. In 2011 Tavagnacco was league runner up and it also reached the Italian Women's Cup final, which it lost 0–3 to Torres Calcio. It consequently qualified for the first time for the UEFA Champions League, [3] where it was defeated in the Round of 32 by Swedish champion LdB Malmö. [4]

She also represented the Canadian women's national team. She served as the Commissioner of League1 Ontario Women's Division from September 2019 until December 2020. She also served as the Director of Women's Football for the Bahamas Football Association.
Elisabetta Tona is an Italian former football defender who played for Florentia. She previously enjoyed a long association with Torres CF, where she won four Italian leagues, four nationals cups and two Italy Women's Cups in twelve seasons. She has also won the 2007 WPSL, playing for FC Indiana. As a member of the Italy national team she played at the 2005 and 2009 UEFA Women's Championships.
Società Sportiva Dilettantistica Brescia Calcio Femminile, known as Brescia Calcio Femminile or simply Brescia, is an Italian women's football club from Capriolo, near Brescia. It was founded in 1985 as FCF Capriolo Arredamenti Ostilio. In 2000 it moved to Bergamo, where it played for five seasons as ACF Pro Bergamo. The team was renamed in 2005 as it returned to Capriolo. Though sharing similar colours and logos with the men's team in the city, Brescia Calcio, the women's team is not a subordinate of it; however, in 2020 a formal partnership agreement was made between them.

With this trophy Torres reached Lazio, which narrowly avoided relegation, as the most successful team in the Serie A with five titles. UPC Tavagnacco was the championship's runner-up for the first time, also qualifying for the 2011-12 Champions League.
The 2011–12 Serie A di calcio femminile was the 45th edition of the premier category of the Italian women's football championship. It ran from 8 October 2011 to 26 May 2012 and it was contested by fourteen teams, with FCF Como 2000, ACF Milan and ASD Riviera di Romagna joining the competition. ASD Torres Calcio won its third title in a row and a record overall sixth with a two points advantage over ASDCF Bardolino, which also qualified for the 2012-13 UEFA Champions League. Previous season's runner-up UPC Tavagnacco and Brescia followed in the table at two and four points from Champions League qualification.
