It is often collected alongside other mosquito species such as Aedes taeniorhynchus , Anopheles atropos , Culex bahamensis , Culex nigripalpus , and Deinocerites cancer . In mosquito surveillance programs, it is often collected using dry ice-baited light traps. [2]
