Alta Flights was a charter airline based in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. It operated regional passenger and cargo charters throughout Canada and the United States. Its main base was Edmonton International Airport, with hubs at Edmonton City Centre Airport and at Calgary International Airport. [1]
The airline was established and started operations in 1986 as Alberta Express [2] . It started scheduled services on 19 November 2001. Scheduled services were suspended on 1 January 2006. It was wholly owned by Telford Resources and has 105 employees. [1] As of 1 October 2014, Alta Flights became part of Sunwest Aviation. [3]

Peace Air was a Canadian regional airline that flew to destinations within the Canadian province of Alberta and to two destinations in eastern British Columbia. On May 18, 2007 Peace Air announced that the airline would cease all operations, and was placed into bankruptcy.
Lethbridge Airport, previously Lethbridge County Airport, is located 4 nautical miles south southeast of Lethbridge, Alberta, Canada. It is 10–15 driving minutes from downtown and has scheduled service to the city of Calgary, Alberta. The airport is classified as an airport of entry by Nav Canada and is staffed by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) on a call-out basis from the Sweetgrass-Coutts Border Crossing. CBSA officers at this airport can handle general aviation aircraft only, with no more than 15 passengers. The airport hosts the biennial Lethbridge International Airshow.

As of 1 October 2014, Sunwest took over the operations of Alta Flights. Along with Cenovus Energy they operate the Axe Lake Aerodrome.
Integra Air offered chartered and scheduled flight services, as well as air ambulance medevac services out of Calgary, Alberta. The airline ceased operations on August 31, 2018, advising that the airline was undergoing corporate restructuring. The closure also shuts down operations of the Air Ambulance Services.
