AllCanada Express was a cargo airline based in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. It operated nightly flights to some of the major United States cargo hubs and to Central America, South America and the Caribbean.

The Canadian airline AllCanada Express (ACE) was established in October 1992 by John MacKenzie and Murray Lantz after they sold their 30% stake in Canair Cargo.
Canair had been founded by MacKenzie, Lantz, Goliger and Ontario Express Ltd. O/A Canadian Partner through a restructuring of Tempus Air in 1989. By 1992 Ontario Express had been rolled into Canadian Regional Airlines and wanted to sell its 55% stake in Canair. Goliger bought out the Canadian Regional, MacKenzie and Lantz interest in Canair in September 1992.
In 1992 ACE operations started as a cargo airline with one Convair 580 doing ad hoc cargo[ clarification needed ] charter work. ACE built up to four CV 580s flying primarily for Canadian Airlines and in August 1994 received its first contract to fly a Boeing 727-100 for Burlington Air Express (BAX Global). A second B727 and a CV 580 was added for in 1995. In 1997 ACE picked up the UPS contract for domestic Canada line-haul and added two more B727-200Fs. The ACE aircraft were very noticeable in their silver and black livery with the "ACE of Spades" on the tail.
By 2001–2002, ACE had grown to a fleet of twelve Boeing 727s operating for BAX, UPS, DHL, and Canada 3000 Cargo and was earning approximately $60 million in annual revenue.
By the end of 2004, ACE Inc. had three B727 freighters dedicated to flying perishables, flowers and cargo between Toronto, Havana, Caracas, Bogotá, Quito, and Mexico City. ACE became the first truly international Canadian heavy jet cargo carrier.
In late 2004, ACE committed to Finova to take a former Canadian Airlines DC10-30F on lease to commence operations between Canada, Europe and South America. The company signed an agreement with Omni Air in Tulsa, Oklahoma to write manuals and commence pilot training.
Ultimately a new agreement was reached in October 2005 where Cargojet assumed the Bermuda and BAX business, assets and certain employees of ACE went over to Cargojet. [ citation needed ] The former ACE B727s were sold to Allied Air Cargo in Nigeria, a subsidiary of DAS, or were parted out.

Avensa was a Venezuelan airline headquartered in Caracas. It was in the process of financial restructuring, after it went into bankruptcy due to poor management in 2002, with Santa Barbara Airlines taking over its routes, although a single Embraer EMB 120 Brasilia continued to carry the Avensa name in service until it was grounded for good in 2004. Avensa operated from its hub at Simon Bolivar International Airport in Maiquetía.

It specializes in passenger charter flights, and Aircraft Crew Maintenance Insurance (ACMI) wet leasing. Omni is an FAA Part 121 certificated airline with IATA Operational Safety Audit (IOSA) registration.
BAX Global was an American international shipping company that is headquartered in Irvine, California, and has other major offices in Australia, Singapore, London, the Netherlands and Toledo, Ohio. The company was founded in 1971 also operates an airline. After having been acquired by DB Logistics in January 2006, Bax Global is currently being integrated with Schenker, the land, sea, and air freight branch of DB Logistics. DB Logistics is the freight and logistics division of Deutsche Bahn, the State-owned German railway company. In July 2011 Schenker Inc. announced it would give up its airfreight activities and stop the use of the remaining 20 aircraft.
Les Investissements Nolinor Inc., trading as Nolinor Aviation, is a charter airline based in Mirabel, a suburb of Montreal, Quebec, Canada. It operates passenger charter and cargo services within Canada and to the U.S. Its main base is Montréal–Mirabel International Airport. It has 200 employees.
Tasman Cargo Airlines Pty. Limited is a cargo airline based in Sydney, Australia. It operates scheduled international cargo services on behalf of DHL and ad hoc domestic and international cargo charters. Its corporate headquarters are at Sydney Kingsford Smith Airport in the Sydney suburb of Mascot. Its sole aircraft is a Boeing 767 which is based at Auckland Airport in New Zealand.
European Air Transport N.V./S.A. (EAT) was a cargo airline headquartered in Brussels Airport and in Zaventem, Belgium. The airline was owned by Deutsche Post DHL and operated the group's DHL-branded parcel and express services in Europe.
Gulf Air Transport was a small charter airline headquartered at the Acadiana Regional Airport (ARA), a former U.S. Navy military airbase located in New Iberia, Louisiana, United States. The company flew piston, turboprop and jet aircraft types, and conducted flight operations from 1979 until 1990.

The Convair CV-240 is an American airliner that Convair manufactured from 1947 to 1954, initially as a possible replacement for the ubiquitous Douglas DC-3. Featuring a more modern design with cabin pressurization, the 240 series made some inroads as a commercial airliner, and had a long development cycle that produced various civil and military variants. Key Airlines was founded as Thunderbird Airlines in 1964 and then changed its name in 1969. The airline took over Sun Valley Airlines in 1972 and became known as Sun Valley Key Airlines for several years until reverting to the Key Airlines name. The airline began as a commuter and charter air carrier in the western United States flying turboprop and prop aircraft. In later years, Key Airlines operated a hub in Savannah, Georgia with scheduled passenger flights operated with mainline jet aircraft to international and domestic destinations.

SkyLink Express is a cargo airline headquartered in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. It operates dedicated air cargo/courier feeder flights throughout Canada and USA and provides on demand air cargo charters from its bases in Vancouver, Winnipeg, Hamilton and Montréal-Mirabel.
Intrastate airlines in the U.S. are defined as air carriers operating inside of one individual state and thus not flying across state lines. Larger intrastate airlines in the U.S. that operated mainline turboprop and/or jet aircraft were created as a result of past federal airline regulations as passenger air carriers that only flew intrastate service were not regulated by the federal government but were instead primarily regulated by the respective state governments in their home states. For example, Pacific Southwest Airlines (PSA) and Air California were both regulated by the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) prior to the federal Airline Deregulation Act of 1978. Intrastate air carriers primarily operated in the United States but also elsewhere globally. In the U.S., California, Florida, Hawaii and Texas had scheduled jet passenger service operated by intrastate air carriers in the past.
Soundair, previously Owen Sound Air Services, dba Soundair Express, was a freight airline based in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. The airline was the parent company of Air Toronto and Odyssey International and operated freight flights under the brand Soundair Express.
